Antaris Cintermex

The hotel is excellent located across the street from the Cintermex Convention Center, as We had an event there It was pretty convenient. Also, Parque Fundidora is within walking distance, and from there you can take a boat to have a wonderful trip to Downtown Monterrey, Excellent breakfast, clean, and good service from the staff. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

The gym and Fitness area needs some maintenance that correspond to a hotel of this category.

When the hotel clerk who did not speak English told me that my Spanish was bad. Usually Spanish speakers understand me but she refused to try and got assistance in understanding me.

Room and bed is Ok. Room is comfortable and with great area. Room is clean.

Restaurant or service room is not available after 10:00 pm. Because of location (near Cintermex) I think the hotel should have available service room (meals) after hours! This is very important if you have "Arena Monterrey" in front of your hotel, because many shows finishes after 11:00 pm. Got it?

The breakfast and dinner were always delicious! The entire hotel was very beautiful! Staff were very friendly.

The garage felt very cramped and scary to maneuver through. If people were not careful, they could hit each other's vehicles. The entrance into said garage could also be missed

The hotel was alright, there was suddenly a strong sewer smell, and there was only one soap at the sink, but none at the shower so we had to be carrying it back and forth

There was no usb charger, now a days it’s imperative for hotels to have some

I liked that it’s close to the Arena Monterrey.

When telling a staff member about the WiFi not working he only told us that it was working in the hotel devices. Basically saying that it was my own problem lol

Everyone and Everything from the luggage person all the way to management and everything in between special thanks to Pascual he went out his was to accommodate my needs since BOOKING.COM failed to note them about my second Room. My room had a slight problem but it didn't came from the actual hotel it came from outside went down stairs and David also did his best to accommodate my need very thankful for Service they offered.

Only Down side to this was the breakfast didn't offer Buffet it was like they said A la carta only ( menu price)

Was great the hotel workers, as well, all was tender and affectionately.

I don't like something about the hotel, the room facility cause has problems.

Proximity, and overall aesthetics

The central air wasn't functioning. We reported it, but it still failed to work properly. The morning receptionist was very curt, and dismissive
