Room is exactly as in the pictures, beautiful, comfortable and with nice view. Nice decoration, excellent location near downtown, good services and tasty breakfast.
It took around 1 hour to do check-in and had to return twice to the lobby, first because the access card (key) wasn't working, and second one, because they gave us a room cheaper than what we paid for. At the end, luckily they solved everything, even there was a lot of people in the lobby.

the last few stays rooms could be cleaner and better checked to see there is shampoo and soap. my last 2 stays the phones in the rooms have not worked. seems the maintenance has not stayed at the level it used to be at

The basic room is very small. The restroom is uncomfortably reduced in space and the view from the room window left a lot to be desired. Fortunately we were able to upgrade to a deluxe room which was above and beyond our expectations.
The blow dryer wouldn't stay on. It would randomly turn off while in use.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. The beds were divine and so comfy. We slept really comfortably, especially with the room temperature and black out curtains. Excellent breakfast!
Due to COVID, the restaurant and room service were a little off. The information in room was not accurate about the hours of service and it was unclear that breakfast (which was excellent BTW) was served in the dining room, but all other meals were room service.

Staff very nice and friendly. Room was up to our standards, valet parking and pet friendly, room was nice and big; with very comfortable beds, great A/C. Room was always clean. Will more than likely book again when our next visit occurs.
