Best Western PREMIER Monterrey Aeropuerto

Close proximity to airport and city proper.

It wasn’t that I didn’t like it was more of not being informed of the area in which is in. The hotel is located in an industrial area, a couple restaurants and convenient stores a few blocks from the hotel. Be advised that sidewalk are not conducive for ADA nor for people who may not be comfortable walking on unpaved areas.

Top-level accommodation. Memorable bed and pillows. Hyper-friendly staff. Super handy location. Shuttle arrived in a breeze and was available 5am on the dot. Would totally use it as a stopover base every time.

The aircon unit is ancient. It's one of those massive ones on the wall; makes a hell lot of noise (enough not to sleep with that thing on).

Nice place, initially was concerned over water shortages but no issues at all. The security guard was really helpful. always trying to help and he really made me feel safe.

Only one employee the guy that helps with luggage was not friendly. He needs some customer service training. Also food is a bit bland. There are several options to make food tastier.

The very best option for a layover flight. This hotel is only a few years old and it has contemporary decor and furnishings. Recommend for any time you have to sleep close to the Monterrey airport one night to catch a flight the next day. They have free shuttle to and from airport. Their shuttle was already waiting for me outside of the airport terminal, very kind and attentive personnel all around.

I arrived late at night to my room and struggled to find out how to turn on the A/C, had to call the front desk and the instructions were not ease at all. But personnel is very attentive, have to say.

Breakfast was very satisfying, lots of options and good service. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the robe that was available too. In the evening I went for a swim and found that the pool was also great. This is a good place to stay if you are flying in/out of Monterrey!

very friendly and helpful staff like always. Good location for work and also very convenient to airport. The transportation between hotel and airport is very convenient and the driver is always kind.

The air conditioner in the room is too loud and noisy.

Everything great staff it’s top of the line! Specially the waiters, Galló great guy! Front desk ladies too! Ac works awesome. I would suggest cosmetic repairs like the bed frame on Room 222 needs to be redone it’s peeling off and some painting and little mold at the restroom, breakfast it’s great too

Friendly staff, helping always at any question. Great location for frequent travellers, 5 minutes from the airport in car. Good breakfast included. Nice and spacious rooms with all details (microwave, freezer, iron, coffee machine). Free airport shuttle. Very good balance price-quality.

Just noisy air-cooling system

The AC was perfect temperature!!! The breakfast was decent. The rooms are perfect size a master bedroom size. Extremely clean. And shuttle is always available.

Every staff member was so nice and friendly. I'm sure I'll be booking back to this hotel everytime I can. I got helped by just about anyone in the entire hotel. Even the Shuttle dirvers are impressively friendly.

I couldn't find a scale in the entire hotel. I had to make sure my luggage was properly weigth spec's according to airline. So the hotel did not have one available.
