Service was excelent, staff was friendly and the overall cleanliness was exceptional, the decorations were quite interesting because it had some traditional Mexican dishes and how to make them, the space was well lighted.

all good in the hotel, is just a bit difficult for someone without a car, because there is nothing around there, you cannot cross the street or at least there is not a street path or crossroads on the highway, the little market isn't of easy access so it was a bit hidden.

The breakfast was awesome, the room was cool and confy, the bed great, bathroom relaxing, the staff really friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

I did not like that it was my first reservation with Booking and I did not pay attention the pool was closed for renovation, that one was on me, the staff patienly explained that to me and we decide to stay and we choose the right thing.

The courtesy of all employees was grateful except the bar attendant. Too much time for the courtesy drink! Rooms have enough space and good matter to relax! No noise from others rooms! Very clean and modern bathroom (functional Italian shower (not from the ceiling)). First time in this hotel. I recommend!

Difficult to find something wrong as the attention for the customer is perfect. One exception: you don't have to ask to clean the swimming pool which has to be clean late at evening because of the products. Well, at 8 AM, the swimming pool was dirty and I have to ask to clean it up.

Bed was really comfortable and bathrooms where clean.

Taking into account that most of the people staying would be because they have a flight and the hotel's location is near to the airport, breakfast time is not friendly.

The breakfast and coffee were really good.

Everything was perfect except that they wouldn't give me my free drink because it was past 10pm although the coupon given to me when I checked in said midnight. Also, at check in one of the ladies had a less than welcoming attitude.

There is no walking enter/exit from the hotel, a bridge to cross the street a sidewalk or something is needed here it has only access for cars

The upgrade at the junior suites at the same price of superior was perfect without any problems Staff very gentle room is very clean and protect from any noise . The bed is very confortable and very big

Breakfast, very good and good quality and quantity.

Elevator floor 4 button was not working. Had to go upper floor then down one.

I loved the rooms, food and staff.

The only thing I didn't like was no fridge in my room, I did have a basic room. That's the only thing, I am in love with the hotel.

The bed, room size, clean look and bathroom.

Lack of heating. Poor variety of channels available on TV. Price at Booking app stated x amount but at the hotel, it was another price.
