They offered coupons and amenities as compensations due to problems with the original booking. Awesome service from Miguel from the restaurant at breakfast.

They gave us a room that was not ready yet, so when we got in it was quite a disgusting experience. Later, when trying to order room service, no menu or anywhere to check it was available. When they finally got a QR for us, the prices didn’t match, their argument was that the restaurant prices are different from the room service ones (which makes sense). But first, if that’s the case, price difference increased over 50%, which is crazy, and secondly, why didn’t they have a menu showing the correct prices? If they show something they should respect those prices.

The hotel is elegant with good sized rooms and good Internet Connection. The pool, jacuzzi and gym were better than we expected and the whole interior is peaceful and quiet.

The outside área of the hotel is very unpleasant and unsafe. When we arrived for our first breakfast, we were told that only the continental breakfast (fruit and yogurt) was included, and that we had pay more for the other option... i was not impressed. Also, i arrived wearing long trousers and a sleeveless t-shirt, and was told that i couldn't enter because of my attire, even though there were woman wearing their gym clothes and eating in the restaurant.... again, i was not impressed.

The room and facility was great. Enjoyed my stay here. Great location and service. They did take a long time to give me my room key since they didn’t have my room ready until 4pm but they did add free buffet breakfast as a courtesy for the inconvenience. I would say other than that mishap it was a great stay with that perk added due to their inconvenience. Everything else was very good.

I think they just work on their punctuality of check in but after that they would be a great hotel stay at Monterrey.

In general is a great hotel to stay, room was great as well

Swimming pool water was cold and is closed by 8 pm which is too early, public jacuzzi had too much chlorine, the way the cleaning lady knocks in the morning is annoying, is too loud, another thing I didn't like is you can't turn off lights while resting in bed, you have to stand up and go to the entrance to turn them off then go back to the bed stumbling in the dark

I am a female with disabilities and your staff in the hotel towers were just excellent., We ate every day because the food was outstanding delish !!!! And the staff in the restaurant from the greeters to the cook sooo good that my grand daughter wants to go backk

K once you are in the restaurant everything is great but if you go out at night the area is a little dark ., I will invest as a restaurant owner in the area around it but we took a taxi by the way very secure to get to the place and call them back to pick us up

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and put up with my limited Spanish. Housekeeping in particular kept us well taken care of. The pool is small but has a jacuzzi and a fun luttle waterslide. The location is convenient- close to the metro and also a small park with a ton of food vendors. Will try to stay here again if we make it back for the World Cup in 2026!

What an excellent experience at the hotel. From the moment we pulled up with our car, to the moment of check out. There was a lot of guest at reception and they were very fast, and even with that they have a lot of covid protocols and they make sure that the area is not packed. We were gifted with cupons for drinks, also fruit was delivered at our room as gifts and room service was excellent. I am very pleased with the stay and the employees, every single one I and my family encountered was so nice and helpful. Big thank you and definitely considering to stay again. A big plus, the room and the bed was so confortable!

I felt very safe they have people always watching property and cameras and are really help full and clean and restaurant is a plus but didn’t not like that breakfast 🍳 wasn’t included other that great spot for me but I’m sure not the spot for everyone .

We spent 3 nights here. The hotel is very clean and the staff is exceptional! Our 2 year old became ill from something she ate and the front desk assisted us in calling the paramedics to have her seen. They helped us with clean linens in the middle of the night (4:00am). The bellboys are very friendly and at your service for anything you need. We will stay here again without a doubt.

The breakfast that’s included does not include your children and the line was too long for us so we had breakfast elsewhere. There are many places to eat at in the area.
