What made this such a great experience was Andrea, the owner of the B&B. Even before we arrived, he was always great responding quickly to any questions I had or helping me organize transportation from the airport. His B&B is as charming and laidback as he is. We really felt at home. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh fruit, eggs, toast, plenty of coffee. We often ate outside by the pool, which by-the-way, was perfect for an afternoon cool down. The room was comfortable and quiet with a decent bed and great shower. We had the second floor place with a balcony overlooking the pool. The location was a nice surprise as it it close to many restaurants, shops and banks. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. Highly recommended.

Sandra and Andrea were great. Sandra gave us so many tips including: 1. How to get to the B&B whilst construction is blocking the main entrance to the street. Gave great airport pick up tips instead of me being hassled by taxi drivers at the airport 2. Great Oaxacan sightseeing and food tips as Oaxaca was our stop after Cancun 3. Great recommendations in Cancun including markets 23 and 28, great public beaches and where to shop 4. Great cafe suggestions and where to get local supplies e.g. Walmart nearby 5. Provided beach towels and shopping bags to me as i didn’t pack these items with me 6. The place is super clean 7. We had an early start in one of our stays in Cancun so Sandra kindly prepared takeaway breakfast for us

This was a perfect choice for an overnight stay before our flight home. The hosts were great, really detailed instructions on checking in and recommendations on where to eat/what to do nearby (Los de Pescado was FANTASTIC for fish) and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Fruit, fresh cooked eggs and really good bread and salsas. The pool was lovely and our room was perfect. Didn't hear any noise from other guests and the hosts kindly let us store our bags and use the common areas after we checked out because we had a late flight. We also had some water provided in the room which was very welcome.

The apartament is amazing, the room and the bathroom are very comfortable and clean, the location is new and everything is perfect. We stayed in Cancun for few days, we enjoyed the pool outside that is so nice and we had an amazing stay. There are a lot of local restaurants close, you can go by foot. Sandra and Andrea are so kind, available, and they helped us with all the information regarding Cancun, what to visit, where to go, etc. If you want to be sure to have a good time in Cancun, you should stay here!

We absolutely loved our brief stay here! Our only regret is that we didn't have time to stay longer. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. Before arriving, we received clear instructions on how to check in. The message also included some amazing restaurant recommendations within walking distance. Sandra also organized a ride to the airport for us in the morning. We felt so taken care of during our time there. If we ever visit Cancun again, we will definitely book here!

The hosts Sandra and Andrea were super helpful and friendly. Communication was clear and informative starting from 3-4 days before our arrival until the very last minute! Great tips as to how to get to the BnB, go about, take public transport, where to eat, and great info on airport transport. Breakfast was pretty decent (scrambled eggs with ham and onion, toast, choice of coffee/hot chocolate/juice or water, different kinds of jams, and a nice bowl of mixed fruits) and our hosts agreed to give us an early breakfast at 7:30am to accommodate us with our flight schedule. The BnB itself is quite charming and very clean. Our room came with an ensuite bathroom with towels, shampoo and body wash. The pool area is small but cute and relaxing. We were there only for a night so we didn't use the pool. Hot water was available at all times for the shower. The only reason I've given 9 out of 10 is that no matter how perfect (which Sandra and Andrea were!), there's always room for improvement to become even better :) I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back if visiting Cancun again!!

Good location, waking distance from shops and restaurants and convenient to the airport. Owner makes delicious breakfast and was very nice taking to. They're very welcoming and try to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also the small pool was nice to take a swim and relax with a book.

The room we had had no window to open. The window in the room opens into the livingroom and the bathroom window opens to a garage so there's no fresh air coming in. We only stayed one night, van+AC work good so for our stay it was not really a problem.

All was good. We stayed after arriving into Cancun during the night. Just a one night stay before going on to our destination the next day. Room was nice, had Aircon and shower. Small pool outside that we did not use but looked nice. Best part was the breakfast the next morning, cooked fresh by the host - really delicious! She also booked us a taxi to get to the bus station which was great.

We knew the location before booking so we were happy with it - close to convenience stores and bus station - which we needed. However, not close to hotel zone and beaches if that is what you are aiming for.

The B&B is hosted by a lovely couple that speaks fluent English. The rooms are simple but charming, the shower is good, and there's even Netflix on the TV in the room! The breakfast was freshly made in front of you. There was plenty of space to park and it's walking distance from a bunch of good restaurants.

We slept in a room right next to the breakfast area, which was of course loud in the morning from the noise of cooking and guests conversing. We didn't mind this at all as we were super jetlagged and woke up early anyway, but just something to be aware of, if I have to mention anything that's not perfect. But that was the only thing, the rest is great!

Fantastic price for value! Very comfortable facilities, the host was very attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was yummy--made on the spot for us. The location is also great. It's on a quiet street so we had a great night's sleep but it's also very close to the main avenue of Cancun, with food, ATMs, and other shops nearby. The bus station is very close too.

Nothing in particular. If you have mobility issues, keep in mind there is no elevator and the stairs can be a little narrow.
