Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Huge room. Gorgeous balcony for sunrise over the ocean. Excellent above the mall location for restaurants and shopping. Very safe. Very happy with the choice to stay here and would return. Daniel at the security desk was a treasure, helpful and kind.

Ok yes you can hear some street music at night if there is an event happening. We stayed 2 weeks over spring break and I think it was loud 2-3 times. Definitely didn’t keep us up and was not that bad (I almost didn’t book here due to noise reviews and I was pleasantly surprised).

It is a great accomodation for someone who does not want to spend fortune on the hotel in Cancun. It is located in the Cancun downtown, so, not in the Hotel area where most restaurants, bars and beaches are. But it is in the part of downtown, which is very close to the Hotel Area and is very safe. All the tours leave from somewhere nearby. There is also a public bus 10 min walking from the hotel that takes you anywhere in the Hotel Zone. These buses run every 5 min. There is a taxi stop right at the entrance to the shopping mall. The Hotel Area is very large, so it is not possible to just walk there. The room was comfortable with all necessary facilities. Room service was also very good. The hotel is just above a huge shopping mall, where I could buy everything I needed and where ATMs are. The pool area is great, you can see a sunset from there if you wake up early enough.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, so I had to buy some food to the room for the mornings. Also the location is not close to the Hotel Area, you will need to take a taxi or bus to move around.

Safe, easily accessible to public transportation and shopping. Lovely pool area, building staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The cleaning of our room was very badly done. We stayed for 4 days, and the bare minimum was cleaned each day, lots of key things missed. You can hear night life music all night. Ear plugs are needed if you're a light sleeper.

Enjoyed being on the upper floors, one reason why I also keep coming back. Great view from the lagoon/pool view. Great sunrise and sunset. Room 1 bedroom suite good facilities. Like the larger refrigerator rather than the smaller one on last visit. The staff is great. Especially at the E3 level check who comes and goes. Good security. Great to have easy access to LAS AMERICAS MALL. Good poo and deck, never found it crowded.

The upper floors are my request because of the loud music into late hours. The washerdryer unit walks and also not dry completely. No notice about "do not drink water from tap". Though never got sick from it.

Very good location, very gokd staff and very clean apartments. First time we were wondering how can we reach the building but we got help. Suoermarket is suoer closed. Security is very helpful (we do not speak spanish but they really tried to support us) team at the reception is really great, they can help with tours, and everything around Cancun. I would like to highlight the cleaning. We been many places, but this apartment was very clean. Usually i bring my antibacterial wipes everywhere, and I wipe toilet, door handle, but here it was absolutely unnecessary. The apartments are clean, so we decided to stay one more week, and make another reservation. Cleaners are also very smily and kind. They don't speak English but they really want the best for you. Plaza las Amerikas is under the building. In case of any help needed, reception is always available. Kitchen is well equipped.

Checkin Lobby and access to the pool and gym areas. The rooms were perfect.

The jacuzzi is way too small hence almost useless..

I liked that they let us check in 2 hours early. The staff if super nice. I also like that the mall is next door so you can eat. We’ve been here a hand full of times and really like it even though it’s not close to the beach.

I didn’t like the noise from the bars or the auditorium it’s impossible to sleep when you have two bands playing at the same time. Luckily after two days of not sleeping I managed to open the window in our room and blocked some of the noise by closing the outside window metal door. The higher up you are in the tower the less noise you hear. It would also be nice if the breakfast buffet would come back it was very convenient.
