We liked the welcoming. The owners are very friendly and lovely. The room was simple but it has anything we needed. Breakfast also simple but we really didn't expect more since we really payed a little for one night. Breakfast is served in a nice terrace. The position for us was perfect. In the evening we went dinner to these park, suggested from the receptionist and we had delicious street food from some local kiosks. The park is 5 minutes walking from the apartment and the airport is also very close.

Villa Antilope is a family ran business where you can feel warmth and comfort through the homemade breakfasts and attentiveness of the owner. Who has many years of experience in the tourism/hotel industry. He is a charming man who offers excellent recommendations to get to know the local side of Cancun. I also loved our room view which faced a park and allowed you to witness exotic birds and insects. Check out Plaza Palapas which was a 15 minute walk.

There is nothing that was not enjoyed from my stay. Out of preference, I believe the mattress and pillows were very soft to my liking.

Everything, I had room on the top floor, best part was the bed - mattress is SUPER comfortable, so was the pillow. Clean, bright (a lot of natural light), balcony with park view, a/c, huge tv that connects to your devices via bluetooth, very welcoming host. There is mosquito net on the balcony door for those who does not like a/c- you can leave the door open. Breakfast was great (eggs, cheese, ham for meat eaters, toasts, jam, butter, tea or coffee, juice), there is a pool on the roof with amazing city view and dining room have sofas and yoga equipment. Safe area, you have your own key to the main entrance. It exceeded my expectations! Location is great too, near city center, walking distance to Oxxo and few cafes. Highly recommend.

Great location, walking distance to Los Americas Mall and ADO, as well as tons of restaurants! Great view of greenery thru window and on balcony! Fantastic included breakfast! Philippe, who oversees the place is extremely responsive and pleasant! Really good value for the money! We've already made plans to return!

It would've been nice to have a little fridge and maybe warmer water in the shower.

Had a great stay at Villa Antilope. It is a house with a gated door. When I arrived, I think I rang a bell or shouted so that the receptionist inside could open the door for me (actually it was open, I just did not know how the mechanism works). My room was big enough and comfortable. It was possible to keep it dark when sleeping. The bathroom was also big enough. Water pressure not so good but that is normal in Mexico. Breakfast is a choice of either omellet, scrambled eggs or fried eggs and then banana and toast with marmalade. It is very basic but works. I especially liked the rooftop pool, you could work from there in peace. Internet worked very well.

Location is great, next to park, bus other side of park ADO station 5 min taxi 50mxn. Owners/ managers great people.

Instant coffee and fake juice at breakfast was a let down. Making a jug of real coffee not that difficult. Hot water shower would be nice.

Great staff, great breakfast, parking on site, very decent room for a short stay in Cancun, especially if like us, just arriving, being tired after a long flight and just wanting a clean and decent place to sleep.

Area is not the best but its close to decent places to eat and supermarkets for basic stuff.

Easy check-in. Pool on roof was small but good for cooling off. Breakfast was light and enjoyable. Internet struggled in back room but we weren't bothered. Shower was bad but was quickly remedied which was great.

Several flights of stairs to get to pool and breakfast but thats more of a me being lazy problem than a real one.

location was amazing and close to some really good local foods. bed was huge and comfortable, they kept place clean all the time, air con was strong and breakfast was absolutely amazing

rooftops swimming pool, lovely room with a balcony, AC, close enough to from ADO bus station and from parque las palapas breakfast might not be enough for some people but perfect for me

I am not peaky so I didn’t mind about those things but the bed sheet was over used, so damaged I could see the pattern of the mattress through it and no duvet cover on top of the plaid. no toilet seat and lid no hangers in the closet.
