Encantada Tulum

My partner and I came here for our honeymoon to relax and unwind. What we got far exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and so close to the beach that we were falling asleep to crashing waves each night. When we woke up all we had to do was message reception that we wanted breakfast and coffee and it would be up in and instant to eat on our balcony. The staff here are out are obviously passionate about customer service. They did everything to ensure that our stay was as good as it could be. For instance, we had rose pedals on our bed and a bottle of champagne on arrival. The staff were so helpful with giving us locations to go explore, like the grand cenote, chichen itza, and others. I had a very minor accident in the car and the receptionist called the insurance company and sorted it all out for me. Honestly, it was such a perfect place to relax.

The breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful - so accommodating. The service in general was on top of everything and always willing to please us. The front desk staff tried so hard to please us and make sure we had everything we needed. The location was wonderful too - in walking distance to great other beach clubs and restaurants. The property is on the beach too and just breath-taking.

Our shower was not warm all the time and it was okay - because it was hot - but sometimes not so comfortable. Also, I would suggest the hotel to put a mini-fridge in the room so that people can bring in water and keep it chilled.

The property is beautiful. Especially the gazebo facing the sea is magical. Cozy too since there are only 8 rooms, which are fairly large and well anointed. The included breakfast is hearty, healthy and of great quality. Oscar and Becky at the front desk were very competent.

For the price, the service levels could be a wee bit higher.

Everything! Luxury small hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and nice. The hospitality of this place is just amazing! The room was spacious and had a super comfortable bed. Very good food is available to be ordered to the room or to the beach. I can't recommend more this place.

Absolutely stunning! What an ideal place to relax and enjoy. Huge thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay so special. Alejandra, Ana and Oscar were fantastic and accommodated us every step of the way. Thank you for the unforgettable experience.

Construction but that is hardly the hotels fault x

Location, room, and service were all exceptional but for the price you pay this would be expected.

Booking says there is an airport taxi included, however it is not and you have to pay an extra $200USD to get a taxi from the aiport.

Every element was a delight. The room was large, well appointed and well maintained. Location on the beach was perfect. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. Staff was attentive without being invasive.

Not a thing. As close to perfect as one could ask for.

Encantada was absolutely wonderful. The hotel suites are very private and aesthetically pleasing, our suite was beautiful. The bedding is soft and super comfortable. The included breakfast was phenomenal, the drinks are made very well. They provide a beach bag and towels for you to enjoy at the provided beach chairs. Fanny who was the concierge during our stay is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She made our stay at Encantada truly feel like we were home away from home. She is very attentive and always greeting us with a smile and kind regards. The Mezcal Tasting experience was also very special, it was guided by Christopher. The different mezcal he had us try were versatile, and the garnishes he brought out were beautifully put together. He was very knowledgable in the different drinks he prepared for us. The entire staff who work hard around the hotel were all very kind. The hotel makes sure the seaweed is raked in the mornings to keep the sand clean. They leave cute towel origamis, and the rooms are cleaned multiple times throughout the day. Everything about this place was phenomenal.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. We didn't like how quickly time passed by.

Every single member of the staff at Encantada were exceptional! The grounds were beautiful. The coffee was the best we’ve ever had and was delivered right to our patio every morning. The granola at breakfast was amazing.

If I had to think of something that would have made our stay more enjoyable, it would be having a tv in the room. That was a bummer for my husband.

Awesome location direct at the beach. Sunrise view from the room. Super friendly and caring staff.

Due to the construction it is quite humid in the room despite running air conditioning. Water pressure is not that high and no hand shower. No mini bar/fridge in the room.
