TRYP by Wyndham San Luis Potosi Hotel & Suites

The breakfast, staff and hotel are all great! The location is situated on a highway access road a bit outside of the historical part of town, so it's best to check the map to know if it meets your requirements.

There was nothing I didn't like! I loved the hotel and amenities, the staff was both friendly and very responsive to the needs of the customer, the breakfast was great, and I honestly consider the price for a night stay to be among the best bang for the buck stays of my 67 years!

Breakfast was delicious and service was great and housekeeping service was wonderful Juanita was exceptional, she wrote beautiful notes that made me feel home, my husband and I loved it and did an awesome job keeping the room cleaned! Thank you for having kind and caring people like her.

The toilet broke down the last day of out staying

See my previous review from the first night we stayed here. We loved it so much we came back a week later and stayed another separate night! Loved it and highly recommend it!

No complaints whatsoever! We were just passing through San Luis de Potosi on our way to La Huasteca-Potosina from Aguascalientes, but I could easily see myself coming back for a longer stay at some date in the future!

Good coffee and the bread🥐were delicious.

I expected more friendly staff at the restaurant, we stand for several minutes and no one seems to care so we walked in an took a table, then we were facing the area were a lady was making eggs she looked at us but no intention to ask if we want or need anything.

The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The server during breakfast was excellent.

The only thing i did not like was that at times the water when showering would loose pressure or go away but not a big deal as soon as you called them it would be fixed right away.

We were pulling a small trailer and able to park in the back corner out of the way. The bed was comfortable, service great, and the breakfast good.

The charge for pets is outrageous. I pay a housekeeper 400 mxn for an 8 hour day. The hotel charges 450 mxn per pet. My two small pugs were 900 mxn per night!

Convient location, gas station close and access to the road we were traveling on. Meals were really good. Service at the desk and assistance with bags was super.

steak at restaurant was very thin.. I am used to bigger ribeye steaks. Stairs shook and seemed a little unstable.

the location on the main street is not perfect for holiday, but for stay to work ok

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and efficient. Did not need it, but would have expected the kitchen to have kitchenware…….there was not even a knife or fork! Excellent value for money, we would definitely stay again.

They claimed to be 'sound proof' while this is totally not true. There was a locked door in the middle of our room that was connected to the room next to us and I could hear the people next to us talk as loud as they would be in our room
