I thought about 15 times about taking the pillows with me at a charge but my luggage was full. The hot water was perfect, plenty. The bed is so comfy. The food was amazing though a bit pricey. The location is perfect for the convention center. So modern, clean and it may sound weird but smelled good all the time. (sometimes a bit hard to find) Ohhhh Almost forgot that the rooftop is amazing, with a small infinity pool, perfect to unwind + live DJ

I found that maneuvering the remote control for the TV is a common issue, as the box is placed behind. you have to stand aside from the tv to change channels.

Great location. Walking distance to several car rentals, Starbucks and Walmart. To the old Centro about 10-15 min walk. Rooms are spacious we had 2 double beds, loved the gym and pool. Pool area has a DJ.

Hygiëne can be done a bit better. Overall it was clean however some hairs were in the bathroom. We also found a panty of someone when we checked in to the room. Staff was quick to take action and removed the it.

The hotel is very clean, staff incredibly nice and helpful. Room was specious and clean. The rooftop bar (and swimming pool) is great. I used the gym too and it's got very recent equipment (can fit ~5-6 people easily)

It's a standard North American-style hotel, so you won't get the whole Merida vibe. If that's what you're looking for, just book one of these many hacienda-type hotel in historical centre. If you're in for the comfort of a standard luxurious hotel then go for it.

Very comfortable rooms, modern and clean. Super nice pool area! Parking very practical as you can access the room directly with the elevator from the parking. overall a great choice, we were super happy with our stay and ended up extending.

one reception guy (team manager I think) did not display great tact when he asked for full payment for our second night before he gives the forgotten key to my wife while she was busy handling the baby. But that was it, rest of the staff was super kind and helpful. thanks guys

Clean modern rooms and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool is Ana amazing place to hang out all day and feel like you are at a beachside oasis in the city.

Hotel restaurants are not great value and some of the amenities (like towels for the rooftop pool) were lacking.

The rooftop pool was a real highlight - it was stunning and we loved looking over Merida (also meant no bugs and it catches a lovely breeze). Alfredo was super friendly and makes a delicious Margarita at the rooftop bar - one of the best we’ve ever had. All of the staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome.

We love visiting Merida as a short break from Tulum. the hotel is perfectly located in the center, the facilities are great, the roof top pool amazing!

The rooftop restaurant was not as good, they are trying to offer Thai food but it is not very good. I thing they should just stick to offering what they know best, amazing Mexican food.

The staff great, location is great. Facilities are good. They help us a lot.

The only issue is that the bathroom is a little dirty. They to put more attention in the cleaning of mold and floors

Great breakfast (plenty of choice). Coffee could be better, juices aren’t fresh either. Amazing rooftop pool and Asian cuisine. What a view! Neat and comfortable room. Very friendly staff!

Leave 2 bottles of water in the Room instead of one. Not enough drinking water for two people .shower floor a bit slippery the toilet seat was unhinged in one end
