Great value for money. Good location for walking around historic centre. Clean hotel and room.

Although the facilities says there is luggage storage we were told we could not leave our bags for a couple of hours after check out which was a shame meaning we had to move onto our next destination earlier than planned. We were allowed to leave them before we checked in though which seems odd.

A great location close walk to centre , shops restaurants and sites Accomodation with character basic but clean. Low level rooms in a quiet compound around a pool & gardens . Room cleaned daily with new towels and toiletries good Air con . and tv (temperamental remote) Nice reception good check in and friendly staff. Great Breakfast supplied by the restaurant attached next door . Very reasonable price good value. Would stay again and recommend

Great for a short stay - would have stayed longer if it had a small fridge & microwave

Large rooms, comfy beds and good location near downtown Merida. I liked the laid back attitude of the staff and the wifi worked well which is important to me. Pool is a bonus.

It said there would be a small gym but there really wasn't. You need to have at least 4 workout apparatus to be able to claim a gym in my eyes. This was disappointing.

The location of the hotel, it is only two blocks to the main square of Mérida and it is ok according to the price

Little details of the room, like the tv which was tiny, they don't give a water bottle of courtesy, despite the heat of the city and the room in which I was located was noisy in the mornings, because was located aside a street.

The staff is very nice and professional and very helpful, room is clean and great size, shower hot and cold great pressure, I enjoyed staying there and will be staying there again. There’s also car rental from the restaurant which I used and very happy with.

Many mosquitoes entered my room each day when it was cleaned by the staff.

Location is very good, right in the centre of Merida. Rooms are decent size and the water pressure is great.

Rooms have windows but to the inside of the building, therefore they are darkened and you need to choose between lack of privacy or having a dark room. Good for a short stay, max 2nights.

Hotel was amazing. Staff was great. Outside pool looks incredible. The most amazing thing was hotel restaurant. Staff in there was absolutely amazing. We got dinner in there and was absolutely stunning. They make 100% service even make for us Tequila degustation. It was amazing experience.

if u need some glass or cutlery, the restairant is not from the hotel, so u have to pay for it.

Perfect breakfast. Nice restaurant on site. Nice pool. Good location.

Rooms facing main street are quite noisy.
