Santa Rita Hotel del Arte

The breakfast was good and the location is excellent and very central to everything we wanted to see in the city. Zacatecas is a beautiful city.

I feel the staff could be somewhat rude. I booked a room with a balcony and I was given one in the second floor which had a good view; however, the noise level from the music playing outside on the street at night was very bothersome. The noise level was extremely loud and it was hard to sleep all five nights. The television also had limited channels. My husband and I enjoy watching the news in English and Spanish and only Spanish channels were available (no CNN). I did ask whether a room at a higher floor such as the 4th floor was available but I did not get a response. I feel that it should have been considered given we stayed for 5 nights and we paid a good sum of money.

The entire staff was great but 3 staff members went above and beyond our entire stay. Isaac, Alejandro and Lupita were all AMAZING. The breakfast was a great start to our day. The location was perfect for everything we needed and wanted to do.

Beautiful, clean and modern. Comfortable bed and great a/c. Location couldn’t be better. The valet parking really reduced stress. Breakfast on the roof terrace was amazing.

A stain on the carpet and chair. The coffee machine was never emptied. A used coffee pod was in the machine.

The ultimate stay is here. I had an amazing time staying here. everything is so close. the views are amazing.

the only thing I didn’t like is that our room key kept deactivating. within the 7 days stay we requested the room key to be deactivated 3 times.

The service was exceptional! The location is ideal you are in the middle of the city and walking distance to everything. The room we got was big and modern

Nothing it was perfect!

The location is perfect, central to everything. The hotel is beautiful and the room is very clean & comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful.

I did not like that someone was waiting at the front desk to bring my suitcase to my room but I had to carry it all the way up the stairs to the lobby. This person should assist upon arrival downstairs or don't bother.

the ciew was great!

The elevator wasn’t working, the water in the sink wasn’t going down, the wooden door opened on its own with the wind, the glass window had a broken handle and toilet paper was the lowest quality possible.

Great view! Great location! The staff was so helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
