Riad Ayni

We really enjoyed staying at Riad Ayni, it was comfortable, clean and well laid out. Youssef was incredibly helpful, he really made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed plus helped with restaurant recommendations, activities & organising taxis. We cannot that him enough for being an excellent host!

The location was a little bit further away from the central medina then we expected, but once we got our bearings on the first day this was not an issue.

Great upstairs terrace which was nice to hang out and relax clean refreshing pool great breakfast lovely clean room good aircon friendly staff who were really helpful great shower hot water good pressure

the location is a bit set back from Medina and main road at least a 20 min walk to get to main areas or restaurant. not too bad.

I would like to thank all the staff and host for all there kindness and help giving me and my friend a warm welcome at your hotel, we both have really enjoyed our stay at your hotel, the room was always beautifully clean and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was provided, was very nice, we also enjoyed and relaxed on the roof top terrace, I want to say sincerely thank you so much to you all for your sweet kindness and For warmly welcoming me and my friend to stay at your beautiful hotel, I will definitely come back and stay at your hotel. Very beautiful riad in the Medina but away from the noise and agitation of the center. In our case this was a positive point. Ideal for large families or groups so that you can have the riad for yourself, as we did. Count 22 mins walking to the main square. Breakfast was very good and the staff was so nice and helpful with suggestions.

Just one remark, at night cars can’t come close to the riad, but only about 300 mts away so it’s better not to come back at night alone. It’s not dangerous but it’s a Medina and can be intimidating at night. In addition, if you didn’t book a meal in advance, you can’t have dinner in the riad. Maybe they should start a simple menu with snacks.

I loved this Riad! It had so many nice facilities that you wouldn’t expect for a BnB type hotel. The breakfast was also amazing with it being handmade by the staff on arrival to the breakfast area. The staff are also so so lovely, the 2 boys who work on reception were the nicest people and were so accommodating - don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere with staff this attentive & kind!

With the Riad being in the middle of the Medina it is quite intense when leaving! However, when you get used to the area it’s fine.

Breakfast was excellent, 10 out of 10. I really appreciate the effort the staff put into it. The rooms, bed sheets, pillows, etc were cleaned daily. We hadn't tried the pool, but the terrace was stunning at night and had a beautiful view. Also, the place where the riad is located is pretty easy to find if you ask locals (AZAOUIA AL ABBASSIA) and it's within a walking distance of many touristic attractions. The staff (Abdul Sammad and Youssef) were very wholesome and would hold conversations, give us advices and answer any of our questions. They even gave us a map with organized routes to be able to see most attractions of Marrakech.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ayni. The location is in a quiet street and we really slept well. The breakfast is amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The roof with the swimming pool is great.

Everything was great

It was nice, modern and clean, also the people who work there Sabir and Abdo! They were super friendly and very helpful. They both gave me great tips about Marrakech and were always there when I needed anything!! Big shoutout to them!!

The bathroom door. It’s as if there is no door cause theirs gaps on the top of it and the bottom.

The breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and and adequately furnished. I think the room was spacious enough. It had all amenities Although the English was not the best, they did their best to communicate. They were very approachable and very friendly. They were always keen to be helpful. They arranged taxis for us< and the taxi man was also very keen to show us round the town which added to all the enjoyment of the city. The pool was nice and although i am not a prolific swimmer, it was shallow enough for me to have a practice in with my friends who are excellent swimmer.

The breakfast could have had more variety and the number of food (for example the pancakes )should not have been fixed. May be the staff could learn a bit more english

I liked The host Sabir was very nice person and made me feel welcomed, great guy and he made me smile everyday and made me a nice breakfast

The location is abit far from things and a lot of locals try scam you but Sabir helped me
