Azur Lodge

Start we’re fabulous. Loved the location and privacy and the courtesy shuttle to town was really great. When we’d been out late, the person Elle left a bottle of water by the bed! I felt this was a real personal touch! Loved the guard dog idea! Staff were really assertive to when we didn’t want service.

Place not vacuumed in 4 days. For the price, I feel that all drinks should have been complimentary…not just beer and soft drinks. The wait for dinner was over 2hrs both times, even when ordered at 4.30pm. Light switches were mental and not intuitive! Fire was difficult to operate. Tv didn’t have standard services (eg, sky, Netflix, tvnz) without using our own login. I’m not picking purely because of the price of the place.

Everything. Amazing view of Lake Wakatipu from our unit, like you see in their listing! Lovely bed, massive space, well equipped pantry. Bathtub is the biggest draw.

For the price point, we did expect more customised and personalised service. Also lacking the typical hotel amenities like pools, saunas, etc. Could update their tech - would be great if they had motorised curtains (cause they have so many)/ audio system looked quite old to operate... some smart Bluetooth systems would be good!

We absolutely loved staying at Azur! The staff were so helpful with everything, the room and view were incredible and in particular we loved the bath overlooking the lake! The drinks and food were great, and we had everything we needed - including a massage organised for in our room

It's very hard to think of anything we didn't like! The only thing is that it isn't an easy walking distance to town, however there is a ride available at any time so it didn't matter too much!

A very nice staff; the villa is just perfect; the view ! the privacy of the villa also. We booked in villa massage, it was perfect. The restaurant selection to order and eat in villa is very good and the recommanded restaurants as well. The transport opportunity with the staff to the CBD is very appreciable. The food is amazing on site! very nice pastries and canapes!

Perfect hotel, I will stay all the times that I come back to Queenstown. We stayed in others hotels in the city, but any can be compared to Azur! The room is really confortable and beautiful, the view is amazing, staff really helpfull, shuttle service to city, afternoon tea and breakfast wonderful!

the Azur Lodge is on our favorites list! the views from the villas are spectacular and the service is personalized and attentive. All of their team members are personable and make you feel as you are their only guest.

The staff were Fantastic!! The views, the villa with the radiant heating & fireplace and of course the attention to detail!! The transportation was super convenient & so easy to go to town anytime we needed to, always making us feel like home. The food was wonderful too!! Everyone expressed how much they love working there and you can feel it!!

The property is a luxury experience, with stunning views and phenomenal facilities including drinks on arrival, afternoon tea and canapés in the evenings. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The views were amazing. Villas were very private. Staff very friendly and accommodating and very kind to offer lifts in the buggy or in the car into town.

Very hilly so walking down or up is a bit of a challenge especially in heels. But the staff offer to pick you up in the buggy.

The place is amazing, with unbelievable views. The service is exceptional especially the pick up and drop off service to the city.

Was hard to get there. Missing a sign in the entrance to the driveway orcontacting the visitor beforehand with some driving instructions
