The views are ridiculously beautiful. Better than the pictures online. Just a wonderful spot with un obstructed lake views.

The parking was down 2-3 flights of stairs, which we had to lug our luggage up the stairs and up a hill to our room. (Not ideal for someone who had broken their ankle 6 weeks ago), or for older people as no lifts available. Once we finally got into the room, we then had to take our luggage down another flight of stairs inside the apartment rooms. The shower drain was clogged and was draining very slowly, and would almost overflow the shower bottom. The dishwasher also had a drainage problem and was filled with smelly stagnant water.

We had the most amazing breathtaking view of Lake Wakatipu. And the apartment itself (we had 3 bedrooms) were very comfortable, clean, modern and fully equipped. We cooked, did our laundry and drying daily. Spacious for the seven of us. We had kids ranging from 5 to 15 years old. You can access a jogging track by the lake from the property if you fancy a walk in the evenings. We had a warm welcome from Mr Vinod, and he was responsive to our messages about early check out. We were told housekeeping was not daily but that is fine with us as we throw away our own rubbish. We had a lovely 3 nights here. Thank you for making our holiday in Queenstown memorable!

The roads were steep but we went during summer so our car had no problems going in and out.

Location of the appartment, overlooking the Lake. Actually the best one, just over the Tennis court, it was not planned. The size of the place: vast kitchen/living room with plenty of light coming from windows above the lake and the huge bedrooms with lake views. Very comfortable. We actually slightly change our programme to spend more time in the place (long aperitif before going out to diner) because we enjoyed the place so much. Great welcome from the staff. Plus quick help to boost the Wifi.

House was a great size, the view was amazing and the location close enough to town centre.

We arrived after hours the 3rd bedroom hadn't been unlocked, after a phone call someone came and unlocked it for us so this was a easy fix. However the shower in the main bathroom needs attention, the water leaked out from the bottom of the door and we needed to use towels to soak it up after each shower, therefore had to wash and dry them each day, thankfully there was a washer and dryer in the room. The sofa bed in the lounge is not comfortable for an adult.

The location was fantastic, views were incredible. The apartment was very comfortable. Lots of room for all our belongings. We very much appreciated the removal of the kitchen bin midweek, it was getting a tad full.

It really doesnt matter to us that much, but the apartment was a bit dated and I could see that it may put off others from renting. Our carpark was difficult to get into due to a car permanently parked accross from our parking bay. It took a few maneuvers to get the car in the parking bay, and it was particularly difficult when the car beside ours was already in its bay.

The rooms are spacious and were great for a family of 5 , the apartment was clean,warm and modern,with air conditioning, dryer and washing machine, which was perfect for wet clothes. The view was phenomenal and the city was about a 20minute walk .

The worst part and absolutely annoying part was that every single bed should go into the rubbish .Springs in your back , sinking in the middle etc , even my daughter that weighs 42kg sank in her bed , the pillows should also go in the bin, so soft that I ended up using rolled up towels. Some nights I slept on the floor ,others on the couch , apartment 12 beds Were the worst I have ever experienced.

The location, the view and the 3 bedroom apartment had everything we needed with a full sized kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The gas fireplace was cosy and it was very clean. The lake walking track was just below the apartments, so you can go for a scenic walk. The complex was quiet - we slept great! The kitchen and living area was upstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms were downstairs. We had a wonderful time! Loved our stay, very homely.

The steep driveway was concerning, but Queenstown is built on a hill so many places are the same (I wouldn't visit in icy conditions though). Also the washing machine/ dryer was a walk outside the front door and down stairs to the carport below, which was strange, but not a big problem.

The view from our balcony was nice. The space was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The location was not too far from the city center (we were able to take a short walk to the downtown area or take a quick uber ride back and forth).

Our room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. When we got there the crew was still cleaning the place even after the official check-in time. However staff was very nice and held our luggage while we went for a walk to kill time.

Wow - what a spectacular unobstructed view of the lake and mountains - just awesome. Even the teenage kids appreciated it! We stayed in unit 7 which was a 2 bedroom apartment. Very large open living area with a fully equipped full size kitchen with large family fridge and oven. Lovely furniture, and balcony with outdoor seating. Two bathrooms and bedrooms down stairs. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Nothing was a bother. Much better than a hotel as I was able to cook Christmas lunch to meet everyones dietary needs (and wants!), and catch up with the laundry before continuing our holiday. This was such a lovely treat for Christmas with the family. Would stay again. Thank you!

Nothing - it was perfect!

We had to book this accommodation last minute due to a mix up in our flight booking and the owner was so lovely and understanding. We had to check in late and asked for a late check out as well and he was very accommodating to our situation. The place is good value for money. Very clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed plus and AMAZING view! Loved it, I would definitely book to stay here again i future and I highly recommend it to others visiting Queenstown.
