Title: Exceptional Stay, with One Small Disappointment Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree Hotel in Nicaragua during my vacation, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms at DoubleTree were clean, spacious, and well-designed, providing a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The amenities available were exceptional, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. The staff at the DoubleTree Hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone I encountered provided top-notch service with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my stay. If you are planning a trip to Nicaragua and looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with a friendly and attentive staff, I highly recommend the DoubleTree Hotel. While the breakfast service could use a slight improvement, the overall experience at this hotel is exceptional. I am grateful for the wonderful memories created during my stay, and I will definitely choose DoubleTree again for my future visits to Nicaragua. Unfortunately, the only aspect of my stay that fell short of my expectations was during the breakfast. While the selection of food was decent, the assistant at the breakfast area right before you go inside the restaurant seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, and didn’t pay attention to the breakfast being included with my stay, and argue that it wasn’t and made me go ask for the tickets for my breakfast, that was a little uncomfortable resulting in delays and a slightly disappointing dining experience. However, the rest of the hotel's services and facilities more than made up for this small setback. No biggie.

Breakfast was excellent; we love the variety of food, local and international Pool, excellent cristal water, right temperature to refresh after a hot day in Managua The room was excellent; we are two adults and two 12 years old kids we stayed in a double bed, it was comfortable The welcome cookies are a nice touch Also, like the security on the parking lot.

We were very satisfied with the visit. One comment I want to make is that the second floor has a humid odor in the hallway, every time you pass through there, I can feel it. It looks like the carpet was wet or there was some kind of leak. I hope this is taken care. The prices of the restaurant are in the high side for Nicaragua, but the food was excellent.

It’s in a great location - on the way up to Altos de Villa Fontana. The hotel is extremely comfortable with a large and secure parking lot and a pristine large swimming pool. It’s a great place for families with kids. The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was great - with a modern walk-in shower instead of an outdated bathtub (which you can find in older Hilton hotels). Very good price for what you get. I highly recommend this place.

The rooms were super clean, the facility was super modern. The pool was incredible. This is a very nice hotel. I would stay here again for sure.

It's not on a main road so it's difficult to get a taxi so if you don't have your own car you are going to pay a bit more to get into the city and you may have to walk a couple of blocks to get one. The prices in the restaurant are a bit high but that's pretty typical for a hotel restaurant.

Clean, quiet room. Attentive staff. The pool was amazing. 4-star experience at 3-star prices. Clean, tastefully decorated room. I loved the neutral colors, the luxury vinyl finishes. Brilliant! The temperature control was precise and easy to manage. Plenty of hot water.

In one of the rooms that I booked, someone left a hair piece in a drawer and items in the refrigerator. Perhaps with better training (a checklist?) your crew can be sure to remove personal items from the previous guest. Also, please advise guests that they need to request that the room is cleaned during their stay. I kept expecting the staff to clean the room, but didn't realize that I needed to request it. But with extra towels and two sides of the bed to sleep on, I was not troubled, since I was there only one full day.

very good breakfast buffet, comfortable beds and large rooms with plenty of storage.

I was there 4 nights and the first two days I received no cleaning service after I left the room around 10am. I even asked the cleaning staff on day 2 as I was passing them down the hallway. Not expected for this level of hotel and this price.

it was quiet expensive for the short time we stayed. However considered prices in us it is ok much more value for the same money. But very pricy in consideration with other hotels.

The room was clean and nice. The pool is excellent, and the breakfast is amazing. This is the best kept secret in Managaua for hotels.

Of course the prices at the hotel bar are a bit high, but that's I guess expected when you are a captive audience.

I love the cleanliness of the entire hotel, Great place to stay, it has great restaurants inside the hotel, beautiful swimming pool, A nice big bar, easy access to taxi, or any kind of transportation I love it.

The best part was everything, from the polite staff, to the most amazing sushi restaurant. The room was comfortable and bed so comfy. taxis on hand , service impeccable.
