Just across Molito where there are many restaurants, supermarket, drugstore, etc. Near ATC. Near terminal of point-to-point buses to Makati area. Convenience store on the first floor of the building. They only accept cash though. The staffs are nice. Shower has heater. Good wifi. The hotel has a designated swabbing area. So if you need to take PCR test you can have the staff come at the hotel.

No small fridge in the room. Doors are not sound proof so you can hear people walking and talking in the aisle. Request a room far from the elevator if you are a light sleeper. When some people roam around or stay in the reception area even without mask, staffs didn't do anything about it. I felt uncomfortable with people not wearing mask, given that it's still required in the Philippines.

I stayed for 1 night with my family of 4 and a nanny in their Family Room which was surprisingly comfortable. The aircon was strong and the beds were clean and comfy. There was even a small ref you can use to put your beverages and packed food. Also, their Wi-Fi has strong connection. I found this to be a huge plus, and I normally am used to poor Internet connection at budget hotels. The 7-Eleven next to the lobby is also such a convenience to have around. Lastly, even if they don't have a room phone to connect you to the front desk, their Viber chat line response time was very good during my stay. Additional TIP: I checked with the front desk, and they actually allow up to 5 heads in their Family Room. Because we had a nanny, I decided to also book a Standard Room because I thought beyond 4 heads in the Family Room will not be allowed. A family with 2 kids (regardless of age) and a nanny will fit comfortably in their Family Room.

They only have 8 parking slots available at the back which are at a first come, first serve basis. I read other reviews that said they have ample parking spaces on the second and third floors, but these were not available during our stay. Also, the property does not provide any simple toiletry like soap, shampoo, toothbrush. I know it is a budget property, so it is not a major fuss for me. I still have to highlight it though.

The family room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the location because it was quiet and the surroundings is just fantastic. Our go to spot for breakfast was the outdoor tables and chairs by the lobby. So relaxing and the ambiance was quiet refreshing. The staff is superb - friendly, accomodating, always with a greeting and a smile. Plus you can never beat the price specially compared to the hotel prices around the area. 711 downstairs is a plus.

More pillows perhaps and slippers. Microwave and kettle in family room will be nice as well.

The location is very accessible, the room is clean and the property is safe and secured 24/7. The staff are polite and hospitable. There were 3 of us and they allowed us to be in a standard room good for 2 with no extra charge since we asked for extra bed and the room is not available for extra bed due to limited space. So we saved P500 and we are just okay to share the queen size bed between us 3.

We requested for 1 additional pillow, but sadly there were no extra since that night the hotel is fully booked as per the staff.

The room was reasonably priced and met our expectations. The beds were comfortable and the wifi connection was great. We chose to stay here because of its proximity to the airport and the Molito area, where there are plenty of dining options. However, the downside was the air conditioning - we encountered some issues during our stay as it failed to cool the room effectively.

Location is good and the bathroom is clean.

The aircon in our room doesn’t seem to be working well. It was already 16 degrees but it’s not cold. The room was still kinda warm. Also only 1 tissue roll was provided in the bathroom even though our booking was for 2 nights. Same with the complimentary water bottles. Also the cable channels are limited. The pillows are too high and not that soft and comfy. I think I had a stiff neck from the pillows.

Deserved to be in a category of 4 stars as far as i am concern.Thanks for all staff.We will be back,cant wait and will recommend to my friends,relatives.

Room without a view except building view and no coffee or tea facilities inside room.But close to mini shop like 7-11 where everything one's need s are available at reasonable prices.Frontage of the building no ramp for old/elderly/ senior guests except stairs/ several steps.

All staff were kind and courteous (from the guard, receptionist, attendant, janitor). They always greet you everytime they see you and always naka-SMILE😊. ROOM is clean. LOCATION is great.. It was our 3rd/4th time to booked this hotel and they maintain the cleanliness of the hotel..

Nothing! But, maybe, it is better if they have restaurant in the hotel😊.

The staff are very responsive for any concern/question via Viber messaging so my stay has been great. The bed is large and comfortable, and the room has a TV for entertainment and a large desk for working/eating. They provide 2 bottles of water and tissue per day too.

They don't provide room slippers and other toiletries - maybe they can sell these so you won't need to go outside to get them.. Anyway there's a 7-11 nearby so I guess you can buy there if you ever forget to bring your own.

I liked that it's clean and the location is quite accessible. The staff are also quite helpful too and the process were preferable since it's quick without the need for deposit when checking in. Also, my partner and I saw how you accomodate elders and that was really something :)

All in all it's great, I'd just wish there's a simple slippers (doesn't matter the quality). Since the floor is quite sticky from the polish or cleaner product used.
