Location - 10 meters from a beach. The hotel has sunshades to rent(15EU per day), you can order drinks /snacks from the near by bar and the workers will bring it to you, you can put it "on the room" and pay it just on the check out. Dinner buffet is 17,50 EU per person and it is worth it, the food is fine and drinks are included (they pour you a few glasses of wine if you want.. ). Friday's Portuguese bbq for 30 EU is great! Great food and more than enough drinks. I recommend it. On the other hand, breakfast is not great. All the staff were really nice and professional. It has a bar with a view upstairs. We managed to park in front of the hotel which is for free, otherwise it's 10 EU per night. The gym is very good, it is on the - 1 floor. What I really appreciate is a Web page they have(accessible with QR), where you can find all the bar's and restaurant's menus. They borrow you a towel for the swimming pool (only for swimming pool) for free.

Not the best breakfast for 4 star hotel. The swimming pool opens at 10 am, I think it is late. The room is not really 4 stars, but it's clean.

Bed was super comfortable. Bar menu and drinks were good. Location is central, close to Lisbon Friendly staff

At the beginning we were a little bit worried as grade of the hotel was below 8 when we did booking but in comments we could not find anything specific what was wrong. Sincerely we can extremely highly recommend, and big advise to pay for ocean view as this is the best ocean/sea view we ever had so far. Rooms are very well organised: big number of towels, shampoo, gel, soap, tea, dryer, locker, welcome drinks, room service, etc. Additional recognition to the room service which was on a very high level and big thank you for the whole hotel team for being so friendly and polite all the time. Last comment is to must-go to the restaurant on the last floor of the building to enjoy great food and view.

I cannot name it as disadvantaged just a note that each day breakfasts were the same but they were good.

First line sea side; near restaurants and bars. Super view with direct vista. Nice large room and bed. Quiet in general and very helpful and friendly staff in all hotel area

Breakfast was a little overcrowded, seems at some points during the morning the logistics is not well defined or the room is simply to small. Staff is very quick in cleaning but there were simply too many people - e.g. busses of tourists who had to leave obviously at a certain time and all were quite excited to get their breakfast before. There is quite a lot of a selection but some variations from day to day would be nice.

I had an excellent time with my teenaged daughter at this hotel. We loved the location and the view from our balcony. We had the room that is on the presentation pictures, and it fully corresponded to the picture. All the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were exceptionally professional, accomodating and welcoming. I loved the little detail that their name tags also named their personal passions (family, technology, art, reading,..) The breakfast was delicious, and had many healthy options and also a pancake maker! This was a huge success. We also ordered food from the Room Service menu, which was reasonably priced. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, and during off-season (Oct to May) the beach front parking is free of charge. The beach at Costa da Caparica is beautifully maintained, and there are many activities for young people.

There was some maintenance work going on at the hotel, but maintenance has to be done some time. It was not too disruptive.

The location is amazing ,the room is on par with the price level. We ordered also full pansion and the food is very good every time. What sets this place apart are the staff ,the people working there have an amazing attitude to all guests ,we really loved it. Special to Levandro or Leandro, he was an amazing hall host in the Lunch room.

The bed is not very comfortable ,kind of disappointed by that. The SPA area was pretty much off limits as all saunas and a pool where broken. The gym was also not fully operational.

It was a lovely, welcoming, friendly hotel. Staff were very friendly!

When we arrived the child pool had damage to the lining which was hanging off, this was repaired and then damaged the next day resulting in it being closed. The main pool also had the lining hanging off and it was very dirty/green between the top of the water and the walkway around the pool.

the room doors are thin, you can hear everything clearly what happens on the floor. This was a bit disturbing in the night. Breakfast was a bit crowded and overloaded, so very loud. We couldn’t enjoy the meal so good, or held relaxing conversations. The second day we went outside for breakfast. There are many possibilities around the hotel in case someone needs a calm and peaceful breakfast as well :)

Nice place, friendly people, location is interesting far from city but accessible with taxi (which is cheap). Breakfast is ok, the same daily but it's plenty of options. Gym is also ok, mostly cardio focused. Sauna etc is a good plus. People working there are friendly and always welcoming.

It's a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It's tidy but the room is not as good as can be. Staff is nice but hurts to see them work 12 hours shifts. 8th floor wasn't accessible. Missed the views there.

Exceptional staff that accommodated all our needs. The hotel is perfectly located and our room had the promised Ocean view. The extensive breakfast buffet offered sweet and hearty as well as healthy options, we didn't miss anything. Underground parking was available.

The hotel is already a bit dated and needs some work and renovation. Doors and tables have scratches and the doors are also relatively thin, so that you could hear the "ding!" sound of the elevator, especially in the morning. Despite the various breakfast options, there have been a few downsides to The breakfast: The breakfast room was always crowded, the soy milk was old and thick like a cream and the coffee machines either ran out of coffee beans quickly without being refilled or didn't work at times. None of these issues are deal breakers, but they should be improved upon for a pricey four star hotel.
