Very spacious rooms, glass walls in the bathroom, beautiful view of the marina, nice terrace for sunbathing and pool with a beautiful view of the Tagus, professional service, good breakfast offered also outside

The rooms overlooking the marina are very noisy (busy street and railway tracks) - noise 24/7. The tablet in the room did not work, the staff did not fix it during the 5 days of the stay, the outside pool isn't heated (really cold water).

Great location, with easy access to trains, buses, and ferries. 5 minutes train journey into Lisbon. Belem Tower, a few minutes walk, as is the discovery tower. The view from the pool terrace and the bar terrace is beautiful, Great to watch the boats going up and down the river. Our room was spacious, the bed so comfortable. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly.

Our room had a beautiful sunrise view. We ate at the bar each night and António was excellent. The roof with 360 views was the perfect end of day experience. We chose this hotel for its location and it did not disappoint.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Breakfast was always nice and the staff couldn't do enough for you.

There wasn't anything do dislike about this hotel. If I'm honest the only thing that was awkward to use was the shower temperature in our room.

I enjoyed everything about my stay, the room was nice and we had an excellent scenerary from our bedroom. The breakfast was exceptional, we had a range of choices. The staff was extremely welcoming. We had less than 10mins late check in so they offered us a drink at the bar. It is located in a very touristy area.

There’s nothing I didn’t enjoy at my stay in Athlis Belem. However the only thing that could be improved is the plugs areas which are quite far from the bed.

First time in Portugal so glad we chose this hotel. The staff were amazingly welcoming. Opening the doors whenever we went to get a taxi, greeting us every day, helped with organising a tour around the city. The room was big and had a view, bed and pillows comfy, bathtub and shower. We had bathrobes and slippers. Very well located for tourist spot.

Maybe the indoor pool could stay open longer for colder days as the outside pool.

A beautiful hotel in a great location our room was huge, stylish, and so comfy with loads of light. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The spa is amazing, a were our treatments

Manuel at reception was so wonderful and friendly. He managed to get a last-minute reservation for the exceptional Feitoria restaurant, which was so appreciated. The restaurant was outstanding! Fantastic service and delicious food. The team there looked out for us, thank you so much - we had a truly fantastic stay with you. The chilled spa was gorgeous and the treatment so relaxing.

Seafront location with fantastic views, nice indoor and outdoor bar. Many small and larger areas just to sit down and go soft! Great staff, excellent service. Nice area!

principally just one, but very annoying feature: - the lights and curtainpulleys are ”over engineered”! The designer forgot that you only stay for a couple of nights and you are unfamiliar! Hence you wake up and want to switch on a lamp, but pushing the (unlit) buttons, you may have opened the curtains (or the other way around)! Probably popular with housekeeping, but please change this! It’s enough annoying to have a ”mini-course” just to use the lightswitch!
