The facility is quite high-end, and the location is perfect if you are attending an event at Congress Center Lisbon, otherwise, look somewhere else. The room was rather spacy, the bathroom and shower were without major issues, the staff was friendly, and the food quite good.

The interior design and materials in the room are quite old and do not match its shiny luxury lobby. Could not figure out how the general light switch of the entire room works – either it was broken, or I did not get the purpose of the main switch. The wardrobe was also rather strange. Oh yes, and try to avoid staying in rooms 101 and adjacent (same vertical and next doors) – you will have an incredibly terrible window view.

Good location to start the tour I was on - good facilities and appreciate the bar downstairs. The beds were pretty comfortable and I liked the rooftop pool even though if was pretty windy.

It’s a bit far away from the city or main sights of Lisbon, which I didn’t expect, however if you are up for a walk it’s manageable. I also think it would be great if there were food or drink opportunities for the rooftop so you would be inclined to stay there longer.

Great brakfast including hot dishes, and a chef who prepares eggs and pancakes! Hotel parking is available, but You can find free parking on the surrounding streets. Friendly, English speaking staff. Air conditioning works well no need to open windows (see below why). Hotel location is in the middle between old town and Belem, public transportation available. Bunch of good restaurants in the neibourhood. Close to the beach, but indor and outdoor pools are available on site.

The hotel is located next to the noisy 25 April bridge, railway tracks and an airplane landing road. All this creates a rather noisy atmosphere. I was prepared for that and it didn't spoil my vacation. The noise subsides at night, but for those guests who have a fragile sleep, I recommend to use earplugs. It helps!!

Our room was large and nicely appointed with lots of storage, a desk, and a table with 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor towards the back so our room was very quiet. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of choices and made to order omelets. I really liked the unique décor in the lobby. The hotel was very busy but the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were 2 of us but only 1 robe was provided. The only soap gel is by the sink which is not convenient for taking a shower.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. Good size twin room, comfy beds and pillows. Extra blankets if needed. Nice view of River Tagus from our room. Loved the spa, indoor heated pool was lovely, as was the sauna. Steam room wasn’t hot enough though. Good location, Bus stops nearby or staff will phone for taxi.

Disappointed that there wasn’t a kettle in our room.

The Hotel location was perfect as well as the luxury of the lobby. The breakfast was more than excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful city view.

The room was a bit narrow, lack of some facilities like shaving and coffee making facilities as well as lack of ironing facility. The room service was lazy. No kettle or tea packs.

Facilities: gym (does even have rowers), pool, sauna (was glad to see it open, only steam bath is closed). Big restaurant. Location is quite nice if you like being outside of city center (though walking from here is quite fun). Views. LxFactory, B-MAD are close. Food is excellent!

Rather expensive, rooms are quite basic and lack tiny details. Soundproofing is quite bad: it almost feels like ventilation amplifies voices in certain conditions. I sleep in noise-masking Bose sleepbuds but it was the only place where I could hear voices even sleeping in them!

The hotel entrance is very impressive with opera themed art and costumes adorning the walls with a grand piano and pool table in the lobby. They also have a spa, cafe and restaurant. While there, they offered a free wine tasting. Taxi and Uber were only minutes away. Great wifi and helpful staff.

The rooms need an update and I wish the bed and pillow could have been more comfortable.

I never actually stayed at this hotel, but I do feel that they deserve a good rating. My partner and I had booked a room for an overnight stay to attend a medical procedure at a nearby hospital. Due to the fact that my partner ended up being admitted to hospital on the Algarve the day before our booked stay, I canceled our non-refundable booking, and wrote a short explanatory message with my cancellation. Despite it being a non-refundable booking, the hotel did not charge us for the night's stay. Thank you for being kind to us at a difficult time.
