Hotel Cotto do Gatto

The hotel is a great and solid value for money! The staff are extremely happy to help and welcoming to our dog. Some key highlights: - the breakfast was great and the offered many warm and cold options - the view from the terrace was incredible I do recommend the hotel consider creating a fenced in area for the dogs to play and meet each other. This would be great added value!

The only thing that is less than ideal is that there is a glass section of the bathroom that connects the bedroom and the bathroom so you have NO privacy. Whether you are travelling with family, a partner, or friends, it is not an ideal situation.

I first stayed at Cotto do Gato for a business event, and I enjoyed the experience so much that I knew I'd come back. I have now returned with my husband and pet dog and it was another wonderful experience. The staff is amazing, super friendly, polite and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable and with a wonderful cosy feeling, not to mention the amazing view from the balcony. The breakfast has a lot of variety and once again the staff will provide with everything you need, including any special request. I know that this was not the last time I've stayed at Cotto do Gato.

I love the hotel, but there are two details that I might change a bit. The water pressure was just a bit off this time, and I would add blinders between the bathroom and bedroom to give a little more privacy.

Everything. The building and decorations were made with taste, the staff members were really nice and the hotel was really pet friendly (everything was made to enjoy the stay with our pets).

The noise from the restaurant next to the hotel where they have parties in the garden. It was the only minus. I assume it is mostly during the weekends.

New and super nice hotel, rooms decorated well, balcony with great view, nice pool, restaurant nearby if you want to have dinner. A lot of space outside and inside, stuff was great and helped with any request/concern we had. Highly recommend!

I did not like that we had to leave hotel and go home :D

New hotel with big, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. View from the rooms were nice and staff super friendly (although we felt they were slightly understaffed at times), beautiful location and overall good value. If you have pets, you’ll love it here.

The Hotel and the area was beautiful, the staff all amazing and so helpful & happy to greet you..

If i were to pick one thing and thats all and being very picky, i had to swap room as the wifi was weak in the first room. The second room was perfect!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the pool was amazing. Also, the dogs and the cats around were very well behaved and cute.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety for a 4 star hotel.

Noisy disco in front of the hotel. Does not make any sense that we go to a rural space to listen to a disco. The hotel should shut them up but does nothing because the disco stands for wedding parties with people that stays at the hotel. The two businesses may even belong to the same onwner
