B&B HOTEL Braga Lamacaes

it's an older and smaller B&B but still free parking and drinks all day long, the room since a bit older still had one of those nice big built in closets contrary to those small open spaces in the newer places hence the space for the normal nice big shower was missed out in the bathroom which was fitted with a bathtub, but all nice and clean

the hotel had quite some issues when I stayed the worst was the breakdown of the elevator but well we all know sh*** happens and a local event which closed the street for quite a while, but something which should be improved is the lightning on the second floor the motion sensor hardly worked so I had to find my way to the elevator in the dark and fumble around to catch the right button

The room was great. The staff very professional and helpful. We were there for a wedding and the man at the reception was friendly enough to let us access our room before the time of check in. It was truly appreciated. It is a hotel I will keep in mind.

The breakfast was “just” ok. But we had the necessary. The parking spots are very small. But for this type of hotel it was a good experience.

The people who work there are the friendliest and most accommodating hotel staff I've met in my travels.

The light in the hallway has automatic switches and the corner I was in was quite dark until you stepped into it. I found it a bit disconcerting and it made me anxious to walk into a pool of darkness before the opening my room door.

Very spacious family rooms Air-con worked really well,Water pressure was very good There is a coffee,breakfast place just opposite the hotel There are 2 Portuguese restaurants 2 min walk Receptionist was really helpfull

There was a mini fridge in the room that seemed on but was not cold at all

Breakfast was very substantial. Good choice of food. Could come to the coffee machine, any time of day. Staff were very helpful. Location ideal to connect with family across the road. Bed very very comfortable.Linen clean. Very happy with my stay in Braga B&B. Will highly recommend

Television small and positioned very high.

The lady on reception was very helpful and sympathetic when I arrived late and was having trouble paying my taxi driver. Sitting out on the balcony was very pleasant.

The beds are huge and comfortable, got everything you need for the great price

Nothing, served it’s purpose for a city break when you’re not planning on being in the hotel, or when you do, you’re cool and have a comfortable space to relax

I choose the hotel for location purposes due to work. Friendly staff, really large and comfortable bed and a 24/7 free coffee/juice machine.

It doesn’t have a restaurant or food options available (except for breakfast obviously). Very good and cheap restaurants in the area though.

spotless rooms, great shower, fantastic staff. Hotel is a little out from centre but as Uber is so cheap (3-4 euro) location wasn't a problem. Also looked like some very nice eating options close by although we didn't actually use any of them.

The air-con unit situated right outside our bedroom window that seemed to run constantly from 7am until around 10am which woke us up.
