Really nice breakfast, comfortable beds, spacious room, amazing view over the castle

Not a lot of power outlets in the bedroom, tricky to manage if you have multiple electrical devices you need to charge (we had to turn off the tv). Room doors are heavy and close really loudly, and it’s not easy to close the doors in a way that is not so loud no matter how careful you are, so if there’s a lot of movement in your floor and you want to rest, it’s not great (but we had a really restful night regardless!).

Room was large and had a lovely balcony and a great view towards the castle and over the town. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was very welcome! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to park and offload bags and then just a few minutes away get to the free easy parking. Location was central to town and many cafes, restaurants, parks, attractions and shops.

The hotel is exactly what it claims to be: "Just what you need", that is, a clean place, very well located in the center of Torres Vedras, close to shops and restaurants, with a good breakfast. Ideal for the price that you pay.

The hotel is located in the center of the ckity: the tower-clocks of churches nearby chime until late in the night.

Great city centre location, though parking has altered since last visit. Friendly English speaking staff and a room with a balcony 5th floor as requested ! Good bathroom and bedroom OK too. Fridge TV and plenty of storage. Good Covid measures in force

Carpet in bedroom a little "institutional" and tired looking. A mat for showering in bath would be good (slippery as so clean !)... Spare lavatory rolls in room would have been appreciated :) Breakfast is pricy compared to the local cafe's

the Breakfast not worth the money, coffee & Milk was warm, no orange juice you need to make it yourself which is not practical, cold pastries no omeletes or eggs just a bit of cheese & ham even the waiter there didn’t come to ask if we needed something coffee or espresso, she just rudely looked at us and was adding plates! we had to go to the pastry shop next to the hotel to eat a proper hot breakfast.

The Breakfast was exceptional, The room had an amazing view with a balcony, The staff was very friendly, The location was great, and it was easy to access local shops and restaurants.

The Wifi wasn't working great in my room, but working great in the rest of the hotel

The room is spacious with very comfortable bed. Very clean instalations, also has tea & kettle available in the room. my room had lovely balcony and view.

If coming by car parking is difficult by hotel, no short stay to unload bags unless using pavement. Water pressure and hot water was limited at end of the day - maybe when everyone decided to have a shower..

Perfect location, friendly staff, excellent mattress, a second option of pillow which was saved me from a stiff neck. A desk to work in the room.

Carpet in the room, which in itself is very bad for those with allergies, but it was also Very dirty, full of dust. It would be nice if there were eggs for breakfast.

Did not take break fast in Hotel. However it did look very good

The plug sockets were old and not always enough for our need. These should be checked and potentially replaced.

The location is awesome. The receptionist was very kind. The room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent.

The checkout is at 12am but after 11am there was a lot of noise. I could understand the vacuum cleaners even though I think they could wait until 12am but the cleaning staff screaming and talking so loud in the corridors and rooms could be avoid. If guests don't do that because it is not respectful why should the staff?
