Ascott Orchard Singapore

The location as it’s situated near malls and halal eateries. Sufficient space for clothes/luggage. Microwave and coffee machine.

Executive Studio isn’t really spacious, as it is enough space for two. The use of Bone China for all plates and cups as it’s not permissible for Muslims, so we bought different cups and plates to be used in our room. Cold tiles in bathroom.

We arrived at 11AM and had expected that we won't be able to get into our room until 3PM. As it turned out, our room was ready! Not only that, we were upgraded from a 1 BR to a 2BR apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 preteens). Beds were very comfortable and we appreciate the daily cleaning done in the unit. Water bottles were always replenished each time our room was cleaned. We also love the full size kitchen, very convenient to prepare our own breakfast every morning. There's a washing machine and a drying rack, which we didn't use. Location is superb! This was our second stay here and will definitely book again for our next visit to Singapore.

The AC in the main bedroom is not as cold as anywhere else in the unit, but really is not a big deal. No microwave in the kitchen. This is a personal one, but as I'm 5'3" the upper kitchen cabinets are way too high for me to get anything above the first shelves.. but there are dining chairs that can help reach what I needed all the way up :)

For the long stay more than one month i hope the do exception with the one and two bed room apartment there is no choise to add the breakfast and some time you have to extend the stay so you have to do the check out and wait for the check in also the price increase sharply you pay twice the price when the hotel is full Other wise every things is perfect in the hotel feom every things and always we wel be asscott i never change the hotel aftar I try it

All facilities provided in room. Room clean and plenty spacious. Modern interior. Staff extremely helpful, will deliver Grab orders straight to room and help with luggage. Location of hotel on major shopping street, but not too close to be bothered by the bustling noise of the street. Across the street is a cold storage for grocery. Access to multiple MRT lines within 10 minute walk.

Hotel entrance not directly in front have to walk a bit up an inclined slope to get to entrance.

Location is great: you have a link bridge straight to the Petagon Mall. Swimming pool is really nice and has a shallow part for the kids. There is a tiny outdoor play area as well. If you travel with kids you can also find bigger play area on the 5th floor of the mall. Room is rather small, but has everything you need, even a little kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, etc. which was a huge advantage if traveling with kids. Fast check-in: the lady understood very prompt that the kids are tired and just let us go to the room - thanks a lot for this!

Breakfast is not great. it is a little cafe downstairs and I do not recommend to take the buffet - rather buy just directly at the cafe. Or get what you need in the mall and have your breakfast in the room. Air conditioning needs to be checked. It is crazy loud even on the „low“ and blowing straight over the bed. We had to switch it on and off the whole time in order for the kids not to get cold, since it is blowing really hard. But in general it is a good option if staying at Orchard Road.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. So many pillows available, and all are very clean. The kitchenette was also a wonderful addition with complete set of utensils (no stove though). Love that they replenish the nespresso capsules everyday.

The shower is a bit broken(?) maybe. Because I had to hold on to the knob for about a few minutes so that the water will flow continuously, if not the water turns off right away (the knob wouldn't hold). Headboard can use a bit more revamp cause in our room there are traces of dirt (wine? sauce?) on it.

Stylish & soothing interior design for a 2 bedroom suite. Furnitures arrrangements perfectly balance both free and used space. Living room, dining room & kitchen are condusively arranged. For business people, we can catch up with morning news while making breakfast. For family, parents can conveniently watch over their children while preparing meals. Masterbed room is spacious and fits a baby cot nicely. Kitchen facilities and utensils are of great quality products. Example, the utensils are from Narumi, which are easy to clean and maintain. Bathroom is well-thoughout. There was a long basin, where couples can fresh up together in the morning. Of course, there is also a common bathroom for additional members of the family. Swimming pool was wonderful in depth and length for a healthy swim between early morning till late night. Paragon & Takashimaya are conveniently 10min ~ 15min away. In summary, I had a perfect & relaxing stay at Ascott Orchard.

Location is very convenient, in the heart of Orchard Road. The link bridge to Paragon is a plus. Staffs were willing to go extra miles. I went on a surgery and staff was very nice to lend me a wheelchair. Communication thru WA was very convenient too. Recommended

The AC was not working well, cudnt be controlled properly & noisy

the room was good and location was fantastic

while check out the staff was very rude and not willing to extend our check out time even though rooms were available, also i had checked in only at 8.30pm, the least they could have done is a little bit of extension for the customer to come back again to the property

Room is clean, location is good though not the best in Orchard. Room is smaller than our regular service apartment and twice the price.

There's no complimentary parking available thus making short term stay longer than 2 weeks difficult for guests travelling with car. Breakfast area food was reasonably priced but taste wise average.
