I liked the location, the interior of the room, the location of the room in the hotel - very high, so I had a great view of the city, I loved the breakfast food and loved how staff, in general, were polite and were trying hard to help out with little requests that I had - towels, soap, taxi, for example.

I had travelled from Japan and Hawaii through half the American continent and most of British Columbia, I have also travelled through France, Iceland and Italy, but never, ever did I experience that a bathroom ran out of toilet paper. It was in this hotel that I experienced that, and I am very, very sorry, because otherwise, my stay in the hotel was a very positive and unexpectedly good experience. I hope what happened to me will never happen to anyone, booked at this hotel.

Lovely large suite of rooms, with televisions in both lounge and bedroom. There was an ensuite bathroom as well as a separate toilet and basin. Also liked the near panoramic view from the balcony. There were mirrors everywhere, The whole suite was very comfortable. The mini bar actually had soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, crisps and chocolate bars in it and was replenished every day. The breakfast was good as was the restaurant. It is a really good economic place to stay.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not the worst I've slept in!

Overall, it is a good hotel. Good location, parking available, the room was warm. I like the beds and the pillows (no complaints at all on that). Friendly staff.

The bathroom is really outdated. Same as the reception & bar/restaurant area. Breakfast quality could be improved. The 4-star rating is a bit exaggerated but I'm pretty sure this hotel was amazing back in the days. Respirators were not wore properly but some staff and not at all by some guests - nobody reacted on this.

- The location is great, in the middle of Arad, with a great view (from 6th floor) overseeing the beautiful city! - Good restaurant with friendly waiters and excellent food. - Parking, although not free it was a cheap daily fee and very convenient (in front of the hotel).

- The coffee machine in the room didn't have water in the reservoir (had to fill it myself), and it wasn't working, bummer for me as i love coffee in the morning :) - The free internet was quite poor, but alright to check an email.

Is nice you can check in at any time during the night. Check out at 12 is a plus. Really nice view if you get a room at a high level. For us was ok as we only needed few hours of sleep before we keep driving towards our destination but in the morning you can't really sleep much because of the noice on the holl.

We only had one towel for 2 people, we were to tired to call reception and wait as we arrived after 2 days of driving. It's quite noisy during the night and you can hear housekeeping cleaning during morning. If your dog is not used to noice don't go, will not get to much sleep.

I like to come to this hotel again and again, not only because they have quiet room a nice view over the city and a charge station. This hotel and the whole chain understood from the beginning on the need to support the infrastructure for electric cars. So, until today they give you the charging for free if you are coming as guest with an electric car! Today in addition I had a very special request to get 19" snow chains and the reception did not stop calling shops until they found one for me I could drive and pick up the chains. Awesome service!

This is a really nice hotel. The room was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meal options were limited but good quality and a reasonable price. The breakfast was really good too with a good selection. TV in the room was also good with some English channels including premium documentary channels. The parking was busy as we arrived quite late but we were guided in by someone manning the parking and he picked out a spot for us which made everything easy and less stressful. We weren't charged for the parking either which was a nice bonus. We enjoyed our night in the hotel and would definitely book again.

Our shower door did leak a little but not a big issue.

Huge bed, we had a rea king size bed.

Rooms in the opposite side of the entrance are very noisy due to the cooling system placed outside of the building.

Friendly staff, good size room, cleanliness, food in the restaurant and breakfast.

So, I have a bit of an issue with lifts. I requested a low floor room which they did but I was surprised to find that the only stairs were closed off and for emergency only. I had to therefore use the lift. I wasn't particularly happy about this. I have always managed to locate stairs in every other hotel I've stayed in. I believe its a health and safety requirement ? Anyhow, no dramas, it all worked well.
