NH Timisoara

This was our second stay in this lovely hotel and it was just as good as previous. Hotel is situated near beautiful park and has it's own free parking. The staff is absolutely great, polite, friendly and very informative. I would like to mention Dalibor, the receptionist, who made us feel truly welcome and who was warm, friendly and more than exceptional host. Greetings from Kruna & Čeda, Dalibore. Room was excellent, spatious, nice furnished, spotlessly clean and we had a beautiful view of park. Unfortunately, we had to go home and check out very early that night, so i would like to thank all the NH Timisoara team who helped us in this unpleasant situation. In one sentence, great, comfortable hotel with all the amenities needed, in which we will gladly stay again anytime when we come to Timisoara.

Nothing, everything was great.

The room was really spacious, so there was no issue to open our two big suitcases. There was a specious and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was very rich and they kept it open for longer than the announced hours, which was nice.

The online check in system where you needed to indicate your data and connect the credit card the day before under the penalty of losing the reservation if you don’t arrive by 4pm. Such email should be sent a bit more in advance, it’s good that I checked my phone well in time. In the end, I didn’t get the room that I booked through this system, so it didn’t provide any added value for me.

Staff is really friendly, location is excellent. It was the best deal for the prize. Wasn't busy.

Restaurant was open only in a limited time frame.

Location was okay. There was a gym and enough parking slots. The bathroom and room were spacious.

Some services are out of service at the moment, apparently after the pandemic. I booked 2 rooms with view to the park which were a bit more expensive, but none of the rooms were as expected. One of them was facing to the main street and the window was broken, so it wasn’t possible to fully close it and the other one was facing to the park, but the view was just the roof of the ground floor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious and the bathroom large. The breakfast had an assortment of items to choose from, including gluten free cookies. As a celiac, I had no issues with any of my choices of foods. Everything was very clean and if we requested an item it was attended to immediately. The hotel room we had offered a lovely view of the park. Since the weather was good, we borrowed the bicycles from the hotel and rode along the river. We are walkers and enjoyed our walks to the squares, especially since we passed through the parks and strolled along the river.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. I especially liked the bathroom with a huge shower tray. Great breakfast. TV channels in multiple languages like English, German, Hungarian etc. 15 mins walk from the center. It was perfect for business stay.

I didn't spend much time in the room, so didn't bother me, but without a view means there is a bush literally 10 cm's from the window covering the entire view in order to block the noise and light from the road traffic near by (which is the best possible solution and works well), but you might want to consider booking a room with view ;)

The staff were amazing, beginning when we didn't recognize the hotel and had to call for directions. The location was perfect - right near the river and an easy walk to the old town area. It was also a short walk to grocery stores and several excellent restaurants. The parking lot was spacious and right in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The hotel rents bicycles, which would be a great way to get around and explore the parks and river.

The wifi was weak - especially in the evening. This may have been because we were at the end of the hall.

Amazing hotel. the rooms were very modern and clean. we had a room with a view and it was incredibly spacious. Close to the centre ( around 15 min stroll) and with free parking. Good value for the money. we would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Timisoara.

we liked it everything. the only thing we would change is that restaurant is not open for dinner on Sunday and room service is not available. But it is really not a big thing. we loved our stay.

Best hotel I stayed at in a while (and I do travel a lot). Comfortable, clean, ideally situated next to beautiful park and 500 meters from a canal (great for running along). Cleaning was prompt and well done. The minibar well stocked. Comfortable beds, soft, clean towels, immaculate bathroom. Coffee maker in the room.

The breakfast could’ve been a tad more varied. No fresh orange juice, which was disappointing.
