Girl attending on restaurant not able to attend if more clients than usual. 1 or 2 options for food if you are vegetarian I missed a walking area close to the hotel (after driving 8 hours).

Late check in was available, actually they were nice and called us asking if we are ok. Room was nice, quite big I would say, all the amenities in place. Toilets were sparky clean and we were happy with the heating/cooling HVAC (being able to control the temp). Wireless was good. Breakfast was buffet style, you get what you want. Healthy options were available too beside English breakfast yummy eggs & bacon :) Free parking with surveillance and very nice English speaking employees.

The hotel is extremly clean and well stocked. The staff is very polite and professional. The parking lot is easy to navigate into.

I wish they would have not Haloweenized the place. They should update the Google Maps location (ans claim it!) so that the navigation there is smooth (right now Google takes you close to the hotel, bit does not “see” the parking lot entrance).

Everything was clean, staff was really helpful, it had a fairly big parking space, and the fact that it's located on the outskirts of the city and helps you avoid traffic when you are travelling. It was a nicely decorated as well.

Breakfast wasn't fresh, especially the bread in the morning, coffee machine was pretty clogged up, so the coffee was really strong. Rooms were a bit small for the price for one night in a city like Arad.

The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, the design is nice, two bathrooms in the apartment are a plus when you travel with kids.

Lack of water bottles in the room, the fridge was empty. I would appreciate a better breakfast with quality products. Better cheese, maybe a fruit salad instead of fruits, better pastry, fresh juice, or quality juice, more types of tee, better jam.

Very good hotel for transit. It sits just minutes away from the highway. The restaurant is opened till late (last order at 10:30) and the food is quite good.

Breakfast could be more diverse. Being located at the outskirts of the city the view is pretty desolated (one gas station, a DIY store and some warehouses). There was no bottled water in the room as we were accustomed in all other hotels we stayed in.

- the apartment we had was very well equipped, spotless clean, quiet, large. - breakfast buffet was super ok, but nothing special except the very good coffee - free parking - the hotel is very quiet

- for us there was a positive that others may find negative: the location. Nothin touristsy in vicinity, the hotel is located in an industrial area on the outskirts. Advantage to us und other travelers, it's very accessible by car and well connected with the motorway

The behavior of the employees is excellent, I haven't seen anything like this for a long time (I include here the breakfast staff, the reception, the cleaning staff and those who take care of the business center). A very good location for the industrial area, quick access to the highway to Timisoara. For smokers there is a very clean and comfortable covered terrace.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed a very good dinner at the restaurant with excellent dishes in a very nice atmosphere. The in the room rate included breakfast is very rich and you can find everything you could desire.

Nothing to mention

Actually for a long time now they have got decent restaurant staff which is a great improvement (hope they can keep them) hopefully a new menu possibly new chef will arrive soon! Or is that wishful thinking… Good parking

The apartments shower over the small bath and the screen not great quality end up with more water on the floor Check in was not exactly Mr Happy..
