The pillows were thin and very uncofortable.That’s because they were cheep pillows. You can’t have a hotel in the very center of Brașov and have pillows like that. I think that beds and pillows are the first thing every hotel should invest in.Confort should be primary.

There is no breakfast room in the hotel. This was not specified. It was a surprise. The breakfast room of another hotel, 100 meters away, is being used. It must be specified on the site. The location is great. In the middle of everything. Room size was adequate.

The sink in the bathroom is interesting but useless. No space to put stuff. Towels are insufficient and they don't change it every day. The shower area is very small and the whole place gets wet. If you are coming by car, take care of yourself. Nearby parking is very expensive and you're stuck with roadside parking (which you have to pay for by downloading the app).

I liked the location, the staff's friendliness and their readiness to help. As a marketing idea for the staff: what about including the "story" of the house in the hotel brochure? I'm pretty sure, each house from thar area has its own story! What about organising socialising evenings, between tourists accommodated here and the staff & owners (maybe a tea/coffee socialising meeting)?

I didn't quite appreciate the vintage furniture and the fact that, being accommodated on the ground floor, it was somehow noisy during the night (they were evacuating and emptying the waste bins, I guess).

The first impression was wonderful ! The boy at the Reception was very kind and explained in details where we could find a place to park our car and to make the payment. He recommended a very nice local restaurant in the Heart of the city, where we enjoyed an excellent dinner. The rooms were fantastic with a breathtaking view directly the famous Black Church in Brasov.

There is nothing to complain about. Definitely we will come back to this Hotel if stay again in Brasov ! :-) We would recommend it to our friends as well = the location is great and it is very close to Bran Castle (Dracula) = approx. 30 km.

I enjoyed the comfortable feeling of the room and its design.

What I did not enjoy was that the building closed at 11pm because I felt limited on enjoying the nightlife. While I could have called the resident person to open the door, it felt like it would be inconveniencing them since they were a local owner rather than a "night shift " person.

The location is very nice and close to the Old Center, the young lady from the reception was very friendly, kind and attentive. The room was really nice for the price, you don't need anything super fancy when travelling to the mountains. I will definitely choose this place the next time I come to Brasov.

Maybe some extra attention when cleaning the rooms so the bed doesn't have hairs or fluff on the blanket or pillow cases but other than this there wasn't anything bad, in my opinion.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom, large bed, hair dryer, a bottle of sparkling wine (as it was during the New Year); Right near Piata Sfatului, really central.

The fact that it started pouring from the ceiling, in the bathroom, and it was next to the lights; I guess it was a problem with the apartment upstairs and the water system, but it wasn't okay at 3 o'clock to have water dripping from the ceiling.

The location is amazing, the room was small but very cozy, with vintage furniture, clean, sheets and towels got changed regularly. Breakfast is at a partner hotel near by. The food and staff were very friendly there as well. For a 3-star hotel it is a great experience overall, especially for those who look for a place to retire to after an eventful day around the city or surroundings. Not for families nor for people for who have through-the-roof expectations for hotels or have a problem with the fact that breakfast is a 30seconds walk away. Same goes for people who are annoyed by early morning church bells, though I have to say that its proximity to the Black Church and the morning bells make the place even more charming.

Hard to rest in the room in the afternoon due to chatty neighbors.

I really like the ANNAPOLIS for its generously-sized rooms with high ceilings, and attention to conserving all that is possible from its Art Deco past! Incredible location. Quite quiet. Breakfast is at a 2nd hotel just a short walk away and very good. Front desk staff is great, responsive and kind if not funny! Brasov is wonderful, the Annapolis is wonderful, I'd come back in a heartbeat to both!

Parking is a bit of a challenge, but I do see a way around that. Room 101 could use one nice easy chair to read in with an ottoman - "icing on the cake". Brasov is wonderful, the Annapolis is wonderful, I'd come back in a heartbeat to both!

Unfortunately only one night.Huge room ceiling at 6mt.Not the usual modern room type you see everywhere.Beside the biserica neagra.you hear the bells every hour but very softly.You feel back in time. Bathroom great especially the shower, big and with a huge window on top of you to see the sky.get the suite with children.two super king béds in separate rooms both with TV so they can enjoy time.Sleepers provided too.buffet breakfast in hotel 30mt away also great place.i can't wait to come back.

Just to b'é picky since I enjoyed everything else. Quite a hot week the duvet is a bit too much. I would have liked a top sheet but this is the way everywhere.
