Hotel Bulevard Predeal

The position of the hotel and the breakfast were very good

The room I have booked was supposed to have balcony and AC, but I received a room without these facilities. It was cold and we could not benefit from the facilities we needed to use (AC). Be careful if you receive another room type than you booked and please help your tourists not to return from their stay with a cold because you cannot provide them what they paid.

Good location on the main street, staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, breakfast food was quite ok, items were good, but not diversified.

Initially we got a room in the building loft. For some reason there was a pugnant mold odour. The front door was disintegrating. However, thanks to the frontdesk man we upgraded to a better room with no additional cost. P. S. :I recommend a proper check and refurbishment of the loft rooms.

The very comfortable bed and the climate that made our stay better, and last but not least, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and breakfast place made for a relaxing and pleasant stay

First of all, the shower is not fully functional, only the shower head works, and secondly, in the entrance door I had some small holes and fastened with screws. probably because someone lost the card/key

jacuzzi sauna did not worked, and I had to move to another hotel they had , which I stay a night before. the last room I got thru Booking.com was so tight w/ o balcony , very little windows.

We have only stayed for 1 night at this location where we had to check-in at 5 PM which is very unusual. The room was ok but it had a strange smell and the humidity was very high in the room. The breakfast is good enough, it offers lots of options and for the money paid, I would say its good enough.

maybe changing the beds and the mattreses could be a good option - our bed should have been white but it was containing lots of dark spots. using something to remove the rust stains and soap/water residue in the bathroom its a must.

Location was nice, breakfast was good/decent, but not "fabulous" as described. Staff was nice and friendly. I was offered a room upgrade for free, much appreciated.

The room needs to be refurbished. There were cigarette butts on both balconies and the toilet had a pee smell

Value of money. Plus at breakfast there was a person from Sir Lanka and he was great, his level of customer service beyond anything, he is a true keeper and hope he will have a strong rampup, and go further and further in his career in customer service industry. Perfect English, wonderful attitude - an all around great person.

They have upgraded to apartment, the room was fine. it was a good value for money.

The heat on the bedroom wasn’t working and they repaired it a day after we told them. The breakfast is good, but not great. They haven’t changed towels, althought they entered to check while we were not there.

The location is very nice and centered in the core of the city. The breakfast was plenty, for all the tastes. Overall, I like the atmosphere, the staff and the facilities.

I travel often here. Nice rooms, confy beds, good brekfast.

The noise. They trimmed the grass for 2 hour straight in the morning and they also covered my car in gras.
