Everything was BEYOND expectations. The staff were phenomenal and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The food was delicious. Location was really good. The price for my stay was amazing for what I experienced. Totally would recommend!

We loved the apartment, the space was huge compared to other hotel types of accommodation. The location was great and the food at the restaurant was very nice.

Lack of a washing machine, if people would stay there more than a week they would need a washing machine. On one of the nights, at 2am, our card did not work and the staff were not at the reception. We called their mobile but with no luck, eventually, after 40 minutes, someone came and reactivated our key. Please invest in a system where the users can reactivate the key in situations like this or introduce a code based entry system

The hotel much exceeded our expectations: we were staying in a two-bedroom suite - a huge modern apartment, fully equipped with everything a person may need. Underground parking, great location, quite close to the city center. The receptionists are highly professional, friendly, sociable and willing to assist. We were provided a 10% discount for lunch at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant serves perfect Mediterranean cuisine. Well worth a visit!

it was an apartment with two rooms a kitchen and a hall. Really spacious. Breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. many storage units starting in the hallway through the living room and in the bedroom. kitchen was well equipped.

there was no tv in the bedroom nor the ability to cast to tv in the living room. the sofa was hard and felt as broken. the bathroom was fine but with very limited space for laying our stuff. room cleanliness can be better.

Very spacious and luxurious apartment with large 160 cm beds, a separate kitchen and separate living room. The whole experience is for a 4 star hotel (without the bath tub, but it has a second toilet). Good location in the center of Bucharest, and also you will most probably be able to park in front of the hotel, so no need to pay for parking. The most impressive part was the breakfast - it was really a 4 star hotel breakfast and the food was with great quality but also the variety was great. A bonus were the bath robes, which you do not find in every hotel. The staff was very very nice as well and we had complimentary water and coffee pad for the coffee machine! The restaurant is also very high rated and has decent food, which we checked on the first evening of our stay. Great hotel overall!

The one thing that I did not like is that the beds have only one blanket (coverlet) even though it is two people who are supposed to sleep there. I know that some couples are used to sleep with one blanket, but this is not always the case, and even if you use one blanket 160-170 cm is not enough to cover two grown-ups. If they can fix that they will be 10 rating hotel.

The suites are quit large and more fitting of a family rather than a couple, but we enjoyed the space nonetheless. The breakfast was decent, with a nice variety and delicious food. The location was excellent as well, not too far from the center and not too close to it, since we were with a car, we had no trouble with parking outside the hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Since the rooms are larger than most hotels, we did not like the fact that there were a lot of noisy families.

Very big and modern apartment in Bucarest. The staff at the entrance was very kind and we were amazed by the size and cleanliness of the apartment. There is a good breakfast on the groundfloor in the greek restaurant, which is also available for lunch and dinners.

The position is not so close to the city centre, but it is reachable in 30 mins walk. We moved by car so we had no issue.

The room is enormous, value for money undisputable. The furniture is nice and comfortable, all the amenities are good. I appreciated the waters in the fridge. and the restaurant downstairs was nice enough for me to invite people to business meetings.

Most of the staff had no idea what was going on. I had paid in advance for breakfast and dinner and paid in cash for the lunches I had there. When i wanted to check out, they tried to charge me for every dinner I had there, and every lunch I had already paid for. I had to argue with the receptionist because their staff doesn't know how to use the system, so they kept charging my room for items that were either prepaid or paid for with a card straight away. A very unpleasant situation that left a bitter taste after a nice stay.

This is not a room but an apartment, it is spacious, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Cleaning is available everyday if you wish to have it. there is a good restaurant at the ground level that serves also a very varied and breakfast and then is open all day. The staff are super helpful and kind. The location is central but quiet. Hot water is available all day and night and excellent pressure. There is a washing machine one can use at extra charge.
