the staff are always friendly and helpful.

although I couldn't say so about the owner which accused me of wanting to stay free just because I thought booking charge me already. and of course staying about 4 times in total so I was a bit disappointed by the reaction and the reason of me going back is not the hotel itself as is pretty outdated but the polite people working there which on my next visit I will not see them as I won't ever go back after the extremely rude comments of the boss.

The room was good, with natural light and with enough space for 2 persons.

Great central location, easy to find the hotel. Personnel are nice and helpful. Room is comfortable and safe.

Even location is nice, street is so noisy with many cars. There was a big billboard on the wall of hotel with light spots. Hard to get sleep in many lights and noise when we stay. There was no window and balcony is so dirty to get fresh air. No flyswatter on balcony entrance so some insects can exist in the room when you open the balcony door.

Not the nicest area, as a lone female I didn't enjoy the walk to and from the hotel sometimes

the location is in a very nice part of the town with many colonial buildings, bars and restaurants. the room was spacious, had a coffee tea stand which was very nice.

the furniture especially in the bathroom look much better in the photos. in reality, the armchairs look dirty and need proper dry cleaning, the AC is very old, the windows outside are very dirty so if you open them you bring all the dust inside. bathroom is set up very strangely, there was always hair and dust behind the door even after the cleaning.

The room was good size and the bathroom was nice as well. Everything was clean and the personnel took care of the room every day. Plenty of storage space for your clothes as well. The reception staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoy our stay and the location was great, right in the city centre, near the main metro stations and the Old Town. I would definitely say it was a great stay at this hotel.

Just as a suggestion, it would be great if you upgrade your kettles with newer models, so you don't have to take them out of the socket and carry the cord with you, every time you need to wash them, fill them or poor a cup of tea. Thank you.

My room was huge and had windows over 3 sides the street so I could see everything and it was very light. The staff were very friendly and helpful

There were 2 armchairs in my room that really needed a deep clean.

The building itself is a bit older, as well as the furniture inside, but in general, it actually looks as in photos. Receptionists and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful with whatever we asked. Location of the hotel is very good, as it's located on walking distance from old town, it's located very close to the National Theatre. I would definitely stay in there again, on the next visit to Bucharest.

We had some minor problems with water drains, but staff was very helpful, and they sorted it out as soon as we reported the issue.

Nice big room with balcony, big comfortable bed. Lovely, large jacuzzi tub Staff were very nice, helpful and friendly, greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile. Would defo stay again for more than just one night. Great location, walking distance to old town. Defo recommend staying here

It doesn't look like a hotel from outside so it's not easy to spot straight away if you're coming from the direction of the airport. Though it is on the corner so that's helpful

Nice location within walking distance to the old town and various attractions. Has very nice bakery a few blocks away (LUCA), highly recommend to try covrig cu visine (rong shape pretzel with 🍒).
