Hotel Joli

Practical location: close to the bus terminal and a short walk away from the old town. The staff was friendly to accommodate me - I reserved a really small room (and paid an accordingly low price), but they let me work in the hall with a nice seating area next to the bar, even at very late hours. Also, when checking out early, the elderly gentleman on duty let me have a small breakfast before they actually open the breakfast room. Nice!

The room was really quite small, but I knew this in advance and benefited from a lower price than that for most rooms in the hotel. Fair enough.

24 hour check in with friendly helpful staff. The location and the views were outstanding. Our rooms were very comfortable and we had the added bonus of a restaurant on site so we didn't have to brave the cold winter night for dinner as well as a very reasonably priced breakfast option. Hotel Joli was literally at the foot of San Marino old town. The reviews cannot do the hotel or the location justice - it's something you just have to experience for yourself to truly appreciate!

Loved everything - there is nothing we could possibly complain about, it was just wonderful.

Excellent balcony with view of the mountains. Bought some great wine in their bar and drank on balcony. Very romantic. Friendly staff Great wine for great price in their bar / restaurant Surprisingly good price for parking (4 EUR/night in central San Marino). Overall great experience, would have given a 10/10 if AC was functional.

CAUTION Air conditioning could not go cold enough to cool the room. Reception told me that the only way to cool it was to open the windows which is really bad. Add to this the fact that the room had evening sun which lead to a very hot room. Had it not been October it would have been impossible to sleep. This reduces from a 10/10. I hope it is temporary.

Lovely clean hotel in the centre of San Marino, extremely good value for money compared to most of Italy and San Marino. The room was very nice with a good view. The staff were all very friendly and useful, with a nice bar area downstairs. They also provided a tourist pass for discounts around San Marino.

Booking.com gave us the option to request 2 single beds and a bunk bed, but instead of the 2 singles we got a double bed. Both options shouldn't be advertised if not available. The breakfast was ok, but a little bit underwhelming compared to what we had read in other reviews.

The view from our rom was incredible. We stayed in February so on the mountains looking out you could still see snow. The location was perfect, easy to walk through the whole city of San Marino and see all the sights. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. There are a few parking lots very close by which is very convenient.

The bed was not the most comfortable. It was very firm and hard. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible because that helped a lot.

excellent location, 3 min walk from the bus terminal and the same to the Old City gate. Marvelous view from the balcony. Good communication with the host - got a better room when my daughter decided to join me.

The price difference between the single and double room was quite large.

This wonderful accommodation fulfils all the desires of a tired traveler: it is very comfortable, affordable, and ideally located. The room is quiet, spacious, clean and the king size bed is very cushy, the bathroom big and spotless, finally the Internet connection was superb, the breakfast luxurious. The front desk manager (Signora Clea) provided all important information.

Just a little thing: A new hair dryer in the bathroom is needed!

Hotel Joli was a wonderful hotel. They gave a beautiful view out the window. The hotel also has discount parking in the town. Everything was very good at the hotel. The breakfast was very satisfying. Our room was in order and all the items worked well. The staff was pleasant and helpful in all situations we had.

There were no problems and all was good.

We just stayed one night. Location is great just about 100 meters from city gates. Breakfast very good. Staff was very helpful. Some of the rooms have quite epic view. It is connected to restaurant next-door. You can get a discount on city parking not far.

There were some tree blossom season and petals were just everywhere, but that is not problem of the hotel.

Central location, close to the main sights of San Marino and also near Parking P2. Nice staff, swift check-in and check-out procedures. My room had an awesome view. Wi-fi was good and breakfast consisted of many choices.

The room was quite small and definitely shows it's age (furniture is old). Poor choice of toiletries in the bathroom. Air-condition was centrally managed and although it was a nice temp during the day, it was quite cold during the night.
