great location and facilities

Everything about the hotel is great - we have stayed here before and loved it. However, our main complaint (and to me this was a big one) was the awful telephone hold style music (that is if I can call it music) being played so loudly that it completely spoiled sitting in the covered area on the comfortable couches. For a top class hotel, one would think that given the excellent selection today of play lists they could find something better than the repetitive sounds coming from the overhead speakers. We asked if they could turn it down a little but nothing seemed to happen. This would definitely impact any future stay we might have in this area.

Fantastic place to spend an afternoon and overnight before flying out. The little beach town, the location right on the beach, the pool and the hotel - top marks from all of us. Rather than an airport hotel, it is resort-like. Very very helpful staff too - for example, we arrived hours early hoping to drop our bags off and they offered the rooms, which were available and ready.

Very nice hotel, beautiful environment, close to the sea. Comfortable and clean rooms, good noise isolation. Nice and helpful personnel.

During the day the pool area is not properly maintained, garbage and used dishes are not collected, sunbeds are not cleaned.

It was clean and presentable. Liked the seaview, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good only porridge was missing, the pool water was of excellent quality, nicely decorated, the music was nice, not too loud.

The garden was a little dry looking and not looked after, beach towels had to be asked once, people were allowed to smoke in the common eating area in the morning.

Lovely place! right by the beach, lovely pool area, nice clean rooms and nice staff. Perfect location close to the airport. Great breakfast.

Restaurant lunch/dinner choices very poor, no glutenfree opitons and only a handful of overpriced dishes in general to choose from. No "real food". Far away from Barcelona.

Located directly on the beach with a very short walk; lovely pool area and wait staff was great. Taxi was nearly 40 euros for 10 minute ride to hotel - NO other options for bus, train. Maybe Uber is cheaper, but ripoff for taxi ride.

Dismissive front desk person who was borderline rude. The walls need greater soundproofing - we could easily hear the conversation in a regular voice through the wall.

-Nice friendly staff. -Swimming pool was never too crowded. -Nice restaurants and gym around the corner. -Big refurbished room with a balcony.

-Slow wifi. Sometimes failing to connect. -Expensive parking (even though it was easy to find parking spots outside). -Meals a little expensive but of decent quality. -Door to the bathroom is only a glass door offering limited privacy. -Strict kitchen opening times leaving guests without food options during large periods during the day.

I booked last minute. And whilst I paid a lot of money, I was wary of what I was getting. The welcome was immense - the Front Desk team is super helpful and remained that way throughout my short stay. The room was great, never got the shower to work but the bath filled up quick and was a lovely treat after a holiday full of showers and the sea. The view from the room was spectacular! I'm glad I paid a little more to get such a view. Food was brilliant if a little pricey - but it's a hotel, so I was expecting that. Drinks were great, helped by perfect serves from the 2 bar staff working (one day / one night)

Not the hotel But the rip-off 'minimum charge' of the taxi journey was outrageous! 20euros for less than 6km journey! And as I had to go back to the Airport 4 times!!! Suggest you mention Uber when people book!

Modern hotel with new rooms that face the sea. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant has a small but good menu. 15 minute taxi away from the airport but far enough not to realise and on the beach.

Long trip to Barcelona city centre. Hotel is located for the airport and Gavà. There is a large, independent sports facility next door making a gym hard to justify. Pool is seasonal.
