Newly refurbished hotel close to the airport. The facility offers a shuttle service. Modern and clean rooms with a very professional and accommodating staff.

The hotel was conveniently located to the airport for an early morning flight and the free shuttle was a bonus. We ate at the restaurant which was reasonably priced although did not open until 8 pm. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Check in was a little worrying and our reservation was not quickly located, but once found the process was smooth. There was a nice rooftop bar and downstairs are to relax in as well. You could taxi to the hotel from the city quite easily, but we booked a car as we weren't sure how easy it would be to get a taxi. We'll know better next time.

The rooftop bar was supposed to open at 6.30 pm but didnt open until 7.00 pm. The music was a bit loud

It was a lovely place to stay, as a layover before long flight back to Australia. We enjoyed many of the facilities. The upstairs bar was lovely, as was the snack bar, we were able to order a good late lunch because we missed both breakfast and lunch,not just a snack. The pool was a. Ice was to spend some time. The decor was tasteful throughout the hotel and the room and bed were comfortable.

The outgoing receptionist was excellent but our incoming receptionist was “just doing the job”. The lone person servicing the bar and snack bat seemed to have too much to do - having said that he was very efficient and made excellent cocktails.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, and I can't wait to share my positive feedback. The hotel's ambiance was inviting, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team members were warm, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. From the reception desk to the restaurant and the concierge, every staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay memorable. They were very professional but also personable, making me feel valued as a guest, staff was incredibly attentive and proactive in accommodating my requests. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns I had made a lasting impression on me.

The free shuttle was perfect. Factor in the cost of a taxi both ways and this makes it an even better deal. Comfortable beds. And full length body pillows. Never see those and i so appreciate that detail . Super friendly staff. Black out curtains. Sound proof windows. Looks brand new. About 10 minutes to the airport. A designated place at the airport to pick up the shuttle. Good/easy instructions re: that Comfy lobby if you have to wait for a flight after checking out and dont want to hang out at the airport. . And the rooftop bar is amazing! Such a treat. Lunch and breakfast and dinner restaurant plus coffee bar. 12 noon check out was awesome since our flight didn't leave until 4pm. Didn't walk around at all but it looked like a typical Barcelona neighborhood. There was a school and small park right next door. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and the property was very well kept. I was supposed to stay one night and then my flight got cancelled & I was able to easily book another nights stay. I also loved that they have a shuttle to the airport that starts running rather early in the morning. It made choosing this hotel a no brainer for me.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t really like about the property. There was an incident In the first room I was initially placed in. The air conditioning unit was not working well and it was very hot in the room… BUT… after the hotel staff realized the temperature truly was not going down they apologized for the inconvenience and they moved me to a room on the same floor.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel is beautiful it should be a 5 star. The room we had was on the 5th floor and was very large and spacious. It was super modern. We were celebrating my 40th and my moms 60th I asked for a bottle of champagne and strawberries as a surprise for my mom when i booked, the staff was very good to hide it from her at check in and organised it within 30 minutes of our arrival. I would definitely stay again. The roof terrace was large enough to sunbathe, and the gym was adequate. I loved the pool and sauna it's not a large pool but just enough and being under cover was a god send on a very hot day. I originally booked it because it had airport transfers but got so much more overall an excellent stay.

The restaurant was too fancy for my tastes which isn't a bad thing. The food looked amazing and it also didn't open for the evening meal till 8pm again not a bad thing but I like to eat before then.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Hotel stay includes a free airport shuttle service and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Food was amazing. We travelled with children and they absolutely loved the lunch and buffet breakfast. The rooms are spacious , clean and perfect for a short stay or layover.

No negatives during our stay. It would be helpful to have better instructions on arrival to find the airport shuttle service. There’s no clear signage or timetable at the bus stop. We called the hotel to confirm we were waiting in the right area.

We booked this hotel as a stay over to catch an early flight to Malta the next day. We arrived before 10:30am fully expecting to have to sit around all day. Nope! Our room was ready! It is clearly a hotel that people book as close to the airport so not close to anything historic. Perfectly fine with us. We wandered around the area. Ended up eating in their eating area next to the bar downstairs for both lunch and dinner. Prices very reasonable. Silly but we really liked their pillows! ALSO we had to get a shuttle to the airport at 4:30am!!!! Not only was the shuttle driver there early but we came downstairs to coffee, juice and pastries! “Gratuit!” I was surprised at how many people were also waiting to catch that shuttle. We actually left a little early! Much to my delight.

Very petty really …. I guess better terminology would be “recommended enhancements” … Tissues in the bathroom, a face washer in the towel set, and a real coffee machine would be lovely! BUT these are SO minor compared to the overall experience.

The shuttle service was great and convenient. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport so very convenient for early morning flights. Room is comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was delicious. I had dinner at the restaurant and it exceeded my expectaion.

There was no body lotion in the room and when I asked for it, they said they did not have it in the hotel. I was quite surprise that a 4 star hotel did not have body lotion- a very basic amenity. The gym also closed at 9PM which is early for an airport hotel that has many people suffering from jet lag.
