location was good - 5 min walk from the trams and there are several grocery shops nearby as well as cafes, restaurants and pubs staff was very helpful and nice room had good space showers and toilets were fresh very convenient

beds in our room were really terrible, squeeky and uncomfortable. not recomended for elderly ppl. it was bunkbeds from IKEA of metal and they were close to destroyed ocer the years. we managed but this was a huge downside. ventilation could be improved and it would bot hurt to wash the pillows and bed-blankets now and then. they are a bit smelly even with fresh bed linen on top.

When staying here you have remind yourself it's a two star hotel. You can't or shouldn't have too many expectations. Yet, it is value for money. We stayed in a family room which comprised of two single beds and a bunk bed, for one night. The hotel staff were friendly enough, though in the morning the young lad helping with the non-nonsense standard "continental" breakfast buffet (which costs 50 Swedish Crowns and isn't stated in the hotel description from what I could recall) seemed to be very stressed and maybe needed an extra pair of hands helping him for those two hours. The kitchen area for guests to make their own meals appeared to look okay, but we didn't use this area. Many toilets and shower rooms, didn't get the impression that it was dirty or people were unsatisfied. The building is in the middle of a housing association block. Though very close to local restaurants and bars. It isn't near central station, so you need to commute to get there. This good place to stay and use as a base if you are happy with a no thrills hotel.

The website says there is local parking available, which is true..... BUT, it's very tricky getting a parking spot plus it costs on average 20-30 crowns/hour to park between 0800-2200, and costing 2 crowns/hour after that.

The hostel had a spacious kitchen which was very comfortable to use. However, you have to buy all the things you need yourself (oil, tea, salt too). The hostel is big, has a big number of rooms, enough shower and WC places, they are clean and comfortable to use. We were provided with bed linen, towels too.

There was no breakfast option at this time of the year. The distance from the room to the shower or WC can be quite big. You have to walk a longer distance to reach city center but there is a bus stop not far from the hostel.

- Most of the stuff members were very friendly and helpfull - Everything was clean - room and also the shared showers/toilets - Comfortable bed and a nice room size - Location is top - quiet street close to Haga, public transportation, bars supermarket and restaurants

The offered breakfast buffet for 65SEK was not worth it for me personally. The offered (unbaked) buns were out most of the time and the stuff rushed through just once in a while, greeting you with a simple " ticket, I need your breakfast ticket! " - I personally prefer to spend 30SEK extra in a cafe and have a more relaxed start in the day. (the provided coffee was good though)

We got what we saw on the pictures, everything was very clean and it was very close to Haga which is an amazing part of the town. The shared bathrooms were quite clean too. We definitely got what we payed for.

The room we stayed at i think was above the front door and i could always hear it open and close. I'm a very bad sleeper and that did not help me. Also this meant that when people were smoking outside the smoke came in.

This hotel is a real gem for budget travelers. It's hard to come by more convenient hotels. Location is superb, in a quiet pedestrian street just 250 m from the tram stop. (There is NO budget accommodation near the train station). There is a supermarket around the corner of the same block. It's right near a crossroad with a number of bars and restaurants which are cheaper than in the downtown area. It's right on the doorstep of the popular Haga district. It's very close to the Stena Line terminal (for when the world is ready for it again). And it's very close to the prettiest church in town. The rooms are simple, spacious and very practical. The common bathrooms and showers are plentiful, spacious and sparkling clean at all times. There is a big and exceptional well equipped kitchen and a big dining area. Staff are very friendly. I really liked this hotel.

It was nothing I didn't like.

could fit our whole group in one room. showers and toilets were individual and you could lock them. big kitchen available for guests to use. we were also able to store our luggage free of charge the day of check out since our flight out was late.

because there was a kitchen for guests, they often would take items back to their rooms or leave their dirty dishes laying around. aside from this there were no other issues

The room was basic but perfect for a short stay. the young guy on the check-in desk was really friendly and helpful. the shared WC was clean and there was a good number of showers (could have more toilets). The location was great, close to Haga.

My room was facing a kindergarten and the curtains were not very effective at keeping the light out, so i was woken pretty early both mornings.

Very good option for its price. The hotel looks like a student dorm, there is enough toilets and showers all around the floor, so there is no problem in the morning and they're cleaned regularly. The room doors are heavy and they isolate the noise very well. Great location right next to the Haga neighborhood, lots of pubs, bars and souvenir shops in walking distance. Nice continental breakfast available for 65 SEK. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in starts only at 3PM, but it's possible to leave your baggage earlier.

The location is situated very close to a happening place in Gothenburg. Staff was very helpful. The place was clean. The shared kitchen was a plus, where basic cooking was easily possible.

The room is small, for a long stay. With two single beds, there is not much space remaining. For the size or rooms, and the fact that toilets and bathroom are shared, the rooms are pricy.
