Quality Hotel Globe

Perfect localization, especially when visiting Hovet for the concert!

The soap dispensers were not working properly…both in the shower and by the sink…it should be fixed!

We stayed at this hotel many times before and always come back here because we always have a great experience. The rooms are quiet and very clean. The breakfast is amazing and offers many vegan options. The beds are very comfortable and the room temperature is always great so you're never too hot or too cold. Whenever you need something the staff is always there to help and they are always greeting you with a smile. The location is perfect and super close to the subway station.

We like everything about this hotel and will book a room here again whenever we come back to Stockholm!

Breakfast was awesome! Lots of options for both hot and cold food (including dietary intolerance), as well as juices, coffee. The reception area has games for guests, including children, such as table tennis, two shuffleboard tables, as well as a couple of other games. This area also has a bar, and still/sparkling water taps available for use. The room was modern and clean, and plenty of space for five people. Luggage storage upon departure was available. There's also a bench desk available for those wanting to use laptops (not far from the bar).

The bathroom sink was partially blocked.

No available parking place for guests. If you add eventually price for the parking place to price of room, finally price is quite expensive. It is mean, that if you add price for parking to the price of room it is quitr expensive. And it is possible to find something cheaper with the simmilar standard no so far away from globen.

Very nice hotel: excellent position only 6 minutes far from the city centre, outstanding breakfast with quite a lot of choice (including gluten free options), nice gym 24/7, open spaces with boardgames and a bar where to grab a pint and kind staff, always available. 100% recommend!!

The cleaning service could have been better. Most of the times we noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, we only had new towels provided. Also, the fan was not really working for us. However, we really appreciated the fact we were offered a heater if needed!

Rooms were great. Very clean! No noise in the hallways! Breakfast was also great.

The parking situation at the hotel is a nightmare! Clearly not enough for all your guests. Also the receptionist sent us to park in the most expensive parking at the arena. But we found the hotel had a door leading from Parking 3 in the shopping mall into the hotel and that was cheaper to park there. Also I asked for extra towels in our room before we arrived and this was confirmed by email. - We didn't have extra towels in our room. I had to go and get from the busy reception at 8pm on the day we arrived.

1) The size of the room and the bathroom all were super! 2) Breakfast was delicious; the food was all fresh and clean every day. Especially one morning, it was so crowded; a lady in charge, and especially the English-speaking gentlemen on duty (Sorry, but I don't know his name), handled the situation so well; no chaos and everybody could have breakfast without waiting too long. 3) Again, the same gentlemen, the staff at reception and bar are always helpful, kind, and smiling. Thank you for the great service. 4) To have an ironing board and iron in the room. 5) Wi-Fi connection was good, used without any problem 6) Location was so great! On walking distance to the metro. We downloaded the SL app on our phone and bought a seven-day ticket, a straightforward and cheapest way to travel. We took the Arlanda Express from the airport (terminal 5), stopped at T-Centralen, took the metro to the hotel, and stepped out at Globen station. The whole journey took about 50/55 minutes—walking distance from the Metro to the hotel, approx 10 min. The SL 7-day ticket was so easy to travel on the same day we could travel to different places by metro and bus as much as we could to discover all the sites, we almost stepped out at every station :-) 7) walking distance to the shopping mall 8) a must to visit restaurant : "Kryp ın" at Mariatorget, Södermalm the food , service is E X C E L L E N T

1) Our accommodation was between 8-16 July, on the 7th floor. The floors of the rooms and hallway are carpeted and were not vacuum cleaned. From the day we entered till the day we left, we had expected that before the customer entered or at least once during the stay, the room carpet could be vacuum cleaned much better. The chairs were not clean. Cleaning could be better. As a person allergic to dust, there was too much dust; I would appreciate it if this could be considered. 2) not to have a minibar in the room 3) not able to open the window, the airco system and all was okay but still a need to open a window for fresh air

Spacious, clean rooms with simple and stylish furnishings. The location is ideal for attending concerts or sporting events. The shopping centre right next door with numerous restaurants was perfect for us. The area was quiet and safe. The lobby of the hotel is super nice, with lots of seating areas, a great bar and great amtosphere. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very tasty. (The view from the dining room into the Avicii Arena was a highlight).

You could not open the windows in the room for safety reasons.

We were here just for a short trip with three firends - sharing the same room. This is a great hotel in a great location. The city center (Gamla Stan) is quite close to the hotel. We used our (rental) car to get there and during the night we parked the car in the Tele2 parking garage. The rooms were standard "hotel grade". Everything you would expect - nothing more, nothing less. The breakfast was very complete and tasty. The view on the Globe during breakfast was an added bonus.

Upon arrival, we parked the car (very briefly) on one of the hotel parking spots to check in. The P-automat was covered up so we didn't get the impression we had to pay and we weren't intending to stay very long anyway. When we went back to car (15 minutes later) we had already received a parking fine. At the reception they said they would take care of this but up to now we didn't receive any further feedback. Fingers crossed. UPDATE!!! The hotel reached out some time later that day to inform me that they were able to have the ticket annulled. Again, excellent service and a big thank you to the excellent staff at reception. Much appreciated.

The room was comfortable. I liked it, for a business trip. Breakfast room excellent, quality & variety of breakfast options was beyond expectations. I also liked the lobby and the Brasserie right next to the Reception. The food was TOP! Well done, and keep it up!

I honestly did not like the fact that the room central heating was off, while outside it was snowing. The provided room heater improved the situation, but this is not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Also, arriving to the 5th floor rooms, using the main elevator and then another inside-floor elevator, was a bit of an awkward experience, but we had fun with it! :_)
