Jungfrau Hotel Annex Alpine-Inn

This hotel was an absolute gem. It's in a very quiet area but it is a great location if you are exploring the Interlaken and Jungfrau area. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The views on both sides of the hotel are exceptional, especially if you are staying on the second floor. The second floor also has a balcony with patio furniture to sit and enjoy the view. We were renting a car for our trip so having free parking was great. There is a lot of parking behind the hotel and it's easy to locate. The train station is about a 10 minute walk, but we were driving mostly. The hotel is also surrounded by nice pathways and walkways to explore the town of Wilderswil and get a glimpse of Swiss village life.

The heating system is a bit old, we didn't have any major issues but sometimes the room would get too cold or too hot. Not a big issue at all.

The view from the window is gorgeous. The room has everything we need, from kettle to trash cans in both the bathroom and the bedroom. It’s surrounded by a very quiet neighbourhood so it’s nice to sleep and rest. There’s a cat always hanging around and it’s very friendly.

A bit difficult to carry big suitcases to the room since there’s no lift, but it’s just a couple of staircases so it not a big problem. The breakfast is pretty simple, but enough to get full.

The location of this hotel is superb. it overlooks Jungfrau and sitting out on the balcony with a drink at night was magical. Breakfast was good with a decent choose. Very short walk to train station and close to local supermarket.

Self check in was a nightmare. We had to walk over to main hotel 5 minutes walk where I was told there wasn’t enough funds on my credit card even though there was more then enough. Looks like. motel which might put some people off but it shouldn’t as the views make up for it.

I’ve never seen before more friendly and humble the staff reception Meggie 🥰 So kind of her luggage service. She makes my trip comfortable and even touchful. I never thanks her a lot enough. Breakfast was so good for me enough. I will book this hotel if come to interaken again! Sincerely thanks

location, very pleasant and accessible price.

while trying to do our automatic check in, it end up not working. there was there a cellphone which wasn’t working when trying to reach reception. we had to end up visiting their other branch to get our keys. the lady at the desk was truly sweet and professional and provided us with our requests.

This is a great place to stay if you are just on your way to another location. The location of the hotel is great. When you wake up and see the view of the Jungfrau you just feel instant happiness. The room is very clean and basic. The price per night is very reasonable for Zwitserland and its worth it if you have a short stay. The breakfast we got was very good, a wide assortment of cold cuts, yoghurts, bread. If you like a hot breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages etc. They dont have any hot breakfast items besides the coffee and tea, for us it wasn’t a problem at all. Thank you for a nice stay!

-There is no staff around to quickly help with little stuff. -I wouldnt call it a hotel but i think its more a motel-ish place but very clean and neat. -There is no mini fridge

Room was great. They change bedclothes and towels every day. Self Check in was super easy. Free parking

When we arrived at the train station the operator told us that we should have an Interlaken visitor's card. However, this was not provided to us immediately. We had to buy another ticket for the day. To be fair, once I messaged the hotel for the ticket they left us two tickets on the desk of our room. I was just disappointed that they didn't give us the cards on arrival. That's the ONLY thing that I didn't like. Loved it overall :-)

Wonderful view from the terrace, relatively large rooms, good breakfast

No air condition, at breakfast we arrived an hour before closing and there were not fruits and fruit salad, when we checked about it with the lady there she simply said - come back tomorrow. Not a great attitude.

location is very convenient for traveling around good breakfast helpful stuff good restaurant for dinner

laud street just next to hotel building . we hear noice from the street all night because we were keeping windows open
