Hej Taipei

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast I didn't except much but it was nice. The lobby has snacks for free and my kid loves it. Always grab some snacks when we passed by. We even asked if they have referral for booking a car to tour around. They were able to give us referral with excellent driver. The metro mall is just right there, you can get food and do shopping when there is rain outside. Local breakfast store also close by. We stayed in the hotel for breakfast some days, we went out to get local breakfast some days. Oh! And they even has those high tech toilet seat~~ And mini bar is also free of charge.

The room can be a little bit cleaner. When we went in, the bath tab has some hair. And after cleaning the room, there are rubber ban on the floor..(still don't understand why) And the cleaner forgot to refill the shower gel, shampoo. (it's fine though, the front desk immediately gave it back to me)

Location convenient to few MRT entrances (Zhongxiao Fuxing). 3 stops away from Taipei Main Station. Able to walk to Taipei 101 within 30 mins. Able to walk to a few good local restaurants within 15 mins. Walking distance from a 24 hrs Mcdonalds (5 mins). Walking distance to Carrefour (5 mins, next to Mcdonalds).

Hotel breakfast was just milk, bread and cereal. No other options like eggs or so. Same options everyday.

Very comfortable with new facilities, nice ambience and professional staff! location is near the Center area as well. We got a last minute deal and stayed for a night, so far this is the best stay in our Taiwan trip. Highly recommended!

The view from my room was amazing. There was a coffee machine, drinks and snacks at the lobby. All the drinks in the mini bar are free too. I love the smell of the shampoo and shower gel. Additionally, there was a metro mall right in front of the hotel. The most important is we don't need a universal adapter at all!

There were 2 ramps and a few times, we almost tripped. People should be alerted about these. The room was a bit small and not much space to hang our towels and clothes.

Everything! I give it 5 stars *****. The location was just a few feet from the MRT, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the Wi-Fi was excellent and fast, the entire facility was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The only complaint I have is the breakfast. It was good but boring! The same thing was served every day. Would it be so difficult to have a little variety? And both cereals were loaded with sugar. How about something a little healthier, for example, granola and yogurt and mixed fruit?

The room was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they can take care of your luggage before/after check-in/check-out. The breakfast was okay. Quite limited, but there were some options for vegetarians/vegans. Free water and snack in room are nice! The localization of the hotel is good! Near MRT station, and easy to could from Taipei Main Station by bus!

Rooms could be a bit cleaner – there was chewing gum stuck under the shower, although it was quite high so cleaning lady might have not seen it. But in general the room was clean!

This no frills hotel located at the 7th floor of a building is definitely value for money

Not much - just that the air conditioning temperature changes without us doing anything. We’d wake up feeling so warm only to find out the temp was changed to 27 degrees

Amazing rooms for the price. Had a great bathroom / shower and bath tub. Had a Toto Washlet too. Bed was amazing. Lots of free snacks / coffee / tea. Very accommodating staff. Area was close to an MRT station and Bus stop.

Free breakfast was the same every day, but can't complain as it was free.

Staff was excellent, the free stuff available was super. It was also very clean and quiet.

It's my fault for booking a no window room but that made the stay a little too dark, since there also aren't any windows in the lobby. The lobby could have been a bit brighter.
