Hotel is a short walk from the Mingquan West mrt station served by both the yellow and red lines so it's super convenient to get around. The airport bus stops near the hotel as well. As for the front desk staff, they were professional and welcoming. Very helpful too, giving me useful suggestions on how to get to various sights. Thank you! The room is simply furnished but comfortable. Very quiet too, condusive to a good night's rest.

I appreciated the staff being at least multilingual (Mandarin, Japanese, English, +). The Japanese style breakfast buffet was excellent. This is my go-to, affordable hotel in Taipei.
This isn't a complaint, it's my wish: a Japanese style public bath on the roof (if there are any plans for renovations in the future).

It’s conveniently located with 2 MRT stations nearby. Can get on the bus to airport right outside the hotel. Helpful and polite staff.
Only one key was provided. Not convenient if there are two persons sharing the room.

Our room is clean and confortable, the hotel provided voucher to have breakfast in the restaurants nearby. The bathroom style reminded us the one in Japan which is convenient and clean. We had clean towels everyday, The maid was friendly and always available, helpful.
It would be nice if we could had more channels to watch.
