Best Western Chatuchak

New, modern and ver clean.

The staff weren’t friendly. In fact they were quite unhelpful; especially with luggage. It seems that they think they’re only job is checking people in and out on the computers and that’s about it.

When we did eventually find it, we had a lovely stay here. We asked for a room high up which we got, so the views were amazing. We also asked for a late check out, which they gave us. We had a bit of a wait to check in and didn’t have the time for breakfast or to check k out the bar so will have to go back. You take the airport express, sky train to Mo Chit, then one stop on the metro and it’s just there.

Nothing. It is slightly out of town but we wanted that. Metro closed at midnight but we walked from Mo Chit and felt safe

Everything is excellent. It is a good place to stay when traveling in Bangkok. All the stuff is very friendly. We already checked out and are waiting for the cab. The menager came and gave us a bottle of water each because of the weather. That was so nice. I'm happy I chose this hotel and it will be the first choice when I go to Bangkok next time.

The only thing is you need to take the elevator to 6th floor which is where the reception is located, then take another elevator to ground floor. But this is a very minor issue. That will be great if they have spa or message available within the hotel.

the hotel located near to the best shopping gala in bangkok, near to the blue line mrt station..the bed and pillow is comfortable..the room is clean and spacious

the bathroom is smelly odor came out from the floor trap at the toilet..it can be reduce and prevent by changing the floor trap with anti odor type..other than that it way great stay at this hotel and for sure i will repeat staying at the hotel

2 stays (6 nights in total) within 2 weeks. Booked because of the Bang Sue railway station very close (a 10 to 15 minute-walk). Great location with a metro station (BL12) 100 meters away. Just in front of the Or Tor Kor market which is wonderful. Very big rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. The hotel is brand new and we were lucky enough to be invited at the opening party.

Everything was perfect!

Perfect location, walking distance to the central bus and train stations. The room was absolute luxury. The bed was so soft and comfortable that I fell asleep within 5 minutes which I usually cannot do. Great view of Bangkok and very friendly staff. I got a free exotic fruit drink at reception. They also have very unique decor on the walls in the lobby.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff were amazingly courteous and accommodating. The front desk staff could not have been better. Made my stay incredibly pleasant. The bed is top tier for comfort, and the addition of four great pillows and spotlessly clean linens and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Zero complaints!

I am very impressed with the service provided by all the staff. There is a nice location, great food, ample parking, clean, comfortable, and peaceful room, I'm going back to stay there again next week.

not well placed to the central city area and nightlife but accessible by subway once you understand the workings of the system.

After arriving at the hotel we realised I booked the wrong month. Even though the hotel was full, the manager did everything he could to help me. He called Booking.com and his office and eventually arranged a room for us. Without him we would have a big problem.
