Picture in website looked attractive. Our room was not in great condition and looked nothing like the picture advertised. Noise reverberated through the hallways at night. Staff friendly but not overly helpful (ie. My question about late check out was a straight forward "NO")

the property refused to issue an official receipt or invoice, and insisted I use the Booking.com confirmation as receipt. this is deliberate tax cheating and avoiding income declaration. The property owner was rude and unprofessional in dismissing my request. finally granted my request when I angrily insisted.
