Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet.

The food in the restaurant but it didn’t matter because there is a big food court in shopping mall across the road.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the room was larger than I expected and well appointed with everything I needed. I asked for a quiet room, and the room I was given was excellent. I ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the meal. It was good value for money

The road outside the hotel flooded after a heavy rainfall and there was no other way to go to the hotel except to wade through ankle deep water. I ruined my shoes. I can't say it was the hotel's fault but if I go again I will try and avoid the rainy season.

I have to stay here last yr sometime as it was close to my gf place but it did impress me, staff are so polite, nice and clean, amazing breakfast, nice swimming pool. Bed was so comfortable,

Gym was very nice but equipment might need a bit of love, I guess because not many guests come and use much so some machines doesn’t work as good as they should be. Need rack for weights plates, they were lying on floor on top of each other. I have to dig down a bit to find the right one. The leg press machine is still look in great condition but when I use it was hard to operate, but if you only do free weights and that it will be fine.I did my cardio (jump rope ) next to swimming pool. PS I didn’t use the treadmill and elliptical so I can’t mention. Oh make sure you call the receptionist to turn air conditioning on before you go there for like 10-20 mins.

Breakfast was ok, room was clean, stayed there for an event in IMPACT. Which is walking distance from the hotel, about 40 minutes walk. If you use grab app or other app for Taxi to move around, be sure you make advance booking. As it is 0 available taxi most of the time in those apps ad hoc basis. Taxi from the road side will be convenient. At any point of time, it will be 45-60 minutes to and back from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

If the BTS station Prakhet starts to operate, the hotel location will be fantastic, unfortunately it was not and no clue when will it be ready. I'm staying at the higher floor, if they can manage the cleanliness of outside the window for the bird poo, the view from the windows will be great.

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and caring, we had a great trip and the hotel was very well maintained, the room was clean, spacious and welcoming. the hotel also had a shuttle service that they arranged for a trip to the concert venue and back, they do go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Everything was great, but due to construction ongoing in the area the roads are a bit busy and have traffic, but I can see a brand new MRT stop is being built in the area that would make it easier for travellers to the country

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Well positioned to get to and from Don Mueang Airport within around 30 minutes during the day (probably a bit longer during rush hour ansd less at night); this was our reason for staying here.

The hotel is on a road that is busy during the day so there was a bit of traffic noise - but nothing to disturb us since we were on the 18th floor. It is was a fair way from the centre of Bangkok and not near the main signteeing attractions. We didn't investigate any options for getting into the centre but I'm sure the staff would happily provide appropriate advice if asked.

Full Line breakfast provided, Room is cleaned and comforted as well as parking accessible to the lobby is convenience. Food Market nearby can help you to meet local life by walking distance. Staff was very helpful to support any request. Ironing equipment also available.

Towel Set is getting to be replaced there are holes of fabric on the towel, The shower gel may not be filled or limited for user comparing with shampoo. The basin and shower seem clog or unclear through even just tooth brushing. All of bathroom require fully inspected.

We booked the property because it was 5-10 mins away from Impact Arena where we watched a concert. The staff were very nice and accommodating and everything went smoothly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They also had a shuttle going back and forth Impact Arena so that was a big plus!

This is a decent hotel about what you'd expect for this price in Thailand. It met my expectations. The staff were very accommodating to my requests for early and later checkout time but perhaps this was just because they weren't busy but still I appreciated it. Near to the central mall.

Fitness room was hot but to be fair they did turn on the air-conditioning after I requested it. Apart from the mall there's not much within walking distance around and you have to walk down the road a distance to cross it. When the sky train station is finished it will be much better for getting to places.
