Really kind staffs. Good location. Clean room. Unlimited free water bottle everyday!! And there's commun kitchen and tables place at ground floor with some free snacks like instant ramen noodles and crackers, with kitchen facilities as well. TV had international channels. Swimming pool is for more or less a cocktail swimming bar.

Bathroom is completely visible. You can see what's going on inside if you're in the room and someone is in the bathroom. We covered the bathroom's door with bath towel and bath gown. Lol Also, be careful for the ones who cannot sleep with little bit of noise.

One of the best budget hotels to stay in Bangkok. Undoubtedly excellent staff with an urge to help the guests. 24/7 kitchen, unlimited bottle of water with NO cost last but not least compact yet clean room.

Staff is nice and helpful. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. Perfect location to stay right after a long flight to Bangkok

Our room was facing the road and was therefore quite noisy. Also the location isn‘t the best, but reasonable for the price

second time at the hotel, close to business & shopping areas and very clean the staff is friendly as well. industrial feel and overall look of the hotel. bankokian coffee at the cafe is good too.

nothing really, with it’s price point it’s definitely worth it.

1. The Location is very close to pratunam market, palladium night market and 10mins with tuktuk to Siam Paragon. There is also a 7/11 very near to the hotel. It is quite in the middle of the city 2. The room is clean and the bed was comfy. With mini refrigerator and water cooker to have coffee or tea in the room. 3. The hotel facility such as swimming pool, 24h self kitchen which also provides free instant coffee, snacks and instant noodles. The kitchen also spacious to enjoy the day or night. They also give free water bottles! 4.Breakfast was ok, they will provide toasts, eggs and bananas in the morning. But we gotta cook for ourselves.

I’m glad that we booked here for 3 nights in Bangkok. Staff were friendly & helpful. Great location, walking distance to 7Eleven & restaurants. Easy to find public transport. Facilities in the hotel were awesome. Free flow, coffee & noodles. Morning breakfast (eggs, bread & cereal) complimentary for guest. Comfy bed. If you got kids, just request them room that far from the street to avoid noises. Got lift (some of hotel in Bangkok just use stairs). Nice pool.

A beautiful hotel with a character of it’s own and quite budget friendly. The management of the hotel has given extra attention to the smallest of details and tried to make the experience better for the travellers. For example the weighing machine for luggages at the lobby, you dont expect it to be there but comes very handy when there’s a time crunch. The rooms are very clean and the support staffs are extremely accommodating and friendly. They really tried to give the entire property a feel of a small commune.

there was just one moment we didn’t like and it was when we were checking out and it took so long for them to let us go 😅 I felt bad that the guy who assigned to check the room came back sweating he seems very old already. He was so nice to us since the very beginning. I wish they will hire more people to do the checking instead of him.
