Incredible view from the pool, bath bomb is given for the bathtub, there is a library, located in central area just beside airport link station, room had Bluetooth speaker as well & a bedside remote app

The glass panes were not clear, had stains. The TV didnot have enough English channels even though its a tourist area, also TV had to be operated by keyboard which was confusing

Around the pool, there is a wall of glass which was kinda dirty. There is a beautiful view, but the dirtiness killed the feeling - it didnt feel like a pool on a level of 5 star hotel. Wifi was unstable. The bathtub in our room seemed to live through some years, would really need some renewal 🙃 (expected more from 5 star hotel).

Excellent location just behind the Pratunam market. 15 minutes walk to either Platinum shopping centre or skytrain. Prices were very reasonable even if the room is a bit small. They had an afternoon snack with some local snacks which were a nice touch. Breakfast was also quite good with enough selection and variety. Gym was quite complete as well so got good use from us. Great staff. Recommended!

Bathroom was actually on the outer side of the room and had a glass door. Our room faced the highway and the bathroom glass door came ajar on its own bringing in the highway noise. We had to use one of the washcloths to keep the door closed. Once closed there was no more noise.

Very friendly and welcoming. Any traveller should definitely consider this terrific boutique hotel. Food is very good and the tasting library is available every afternoon from 2.00 to 5.00 exceptional and free to guests Perfect location and very easy walk to the busy cosmopolitan area for shopping. A mix of street markets and street vendors to high-class shopping at Central World. A great place for massage is a very easy walk to Palladium shopping mall on 2nd floor. Full Body massage for the equivalent price of a frappacino at Starbucks on the ground floor

The hotel is very nice and the room was big and clean. Staff was mostly helpful and they easily managed to give us our room for one more day even if it was a very late request. The breakfast was something very different from ay breakfast I ever tried and, albeit being a bit on the expensive side (for Bangkok food prices) it was exceptionally good and varied, although not too many choices for people who prefer a sweet breakfast. Location of the hotel also was quite good, there is a street market just around the corner and some nice neighborhoods easily reachable by walking distance. Unfortunately no metro next to it, but you can use the BST to get to the metro very quickly.

I was greeted the moment i went out from the taxi.Bellman was alert and quick to offer assitance with tge luggage though i kindly decline . The staff who did my check in was quick and he also explain to me all the details even before i wanted to ask the questions. Love the pool with the trippy lights. Room was comfy and theres a tablet which conttol the lights and the aircon was so convenience for me. Location of the hotel is just a few minutes to Pratunam night market and Bts station. The hotel also have a cooking book library which for me its quite unique cos i don think i can find the same thing at other hotel. I have to.say getting my room.upgrade was one of the highlights of my bangkok trip

Water flooded the bathroom floor evertime i took.a shower. I believe the drainage have some sort of blockage.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is big and clean. Requested a birthday decoration for my friend and they did a simple decorations and provide us a small birthday cake without any charges. Pretty much appreciate on that. The amenities given in the room is really great, suck as JBL speaker for me to play my YouTube songs, the big Philips Hair dryer, the water bomb for bath tub, the wine glass, whisky glass, ice tong. Overall it is great. Regretted that didn't stay another 2 more nights. Oh ya, location is convenient. Few mins walk from Airport Rail Link station, few mins walk to 7-11, near to Pratunam as well.

We liked everything about the Hotel, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel itself is very beautiful, clean and amazing. We arrived at around 11.15 am on 11 Jan, as soon as we arrived at the location, the concierge was ready to assist us with our luggage and the doors, as it was still very early for check-in, we left our luggage at the lobby and proceed with pre-registration, the staff assisting us was Ms Lek, all smiley and friendly and another male staff which we did not get his name working on the same shift as Ms Lek, he helped us showed some location and are very attentive with our questions (please send our regards to them) we left our luggage to the concierge we met every day during our stay and is very nice and makes us feel like home, if anything, we would like to return here again because of the staff, the lobby area is very clean and calm. Our stay for 2 nights was great! We enjoyed walking to the Platinum mall the whole time we were here, it is very near, and after walking a bit, we can reach Big C, food stalls and convenience stores also nearby. The concierge also helped us get a taxi after our last-minute shopping before our flight, everything was very smooth and easy, they also have a scale for our luggage and it was great!

Nice hotel, lovely roof top pool and bar. Just what you need after long journey! Great location 2 min walk from skytrain and 5 min walk from great night markets for food, street life and shopping stalls.

Staff were very helpful and friendly apart from one thing- they advised me not to go to the nearby night market which was crazy, walking to places like this was a big reason I chose the hotel! Instead recommended some eating area 2 miles away! Why?! Not helpful.

The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from the ratchaprarop skytrain station. Great pool on the 16th floor ,very good breakfast. Service at the highest level, friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

The hotel has only 17 floors so if you expect a panoramic view, unfortunately it won't be. we were accommodated on the 5th floor and we had a view of the wall of another building. The parop delux room was of poor quality, however, after our request, we got a upgrade room on level 13 and it was ok.
