-very affordable -clean room and bathroom -good matress and pillow -proper AC -fast wifi -easy and quick checkin and checkout
-difficult to get there as the streets are now all connecting -easier by GRAB /scooter/car than walking to the METRO -thin doors - you hear everything on the floor -house infront with neighbours right infront seeing inside (but you have good blackouts)

Very clean Good bathroom Free drinking water to refill, microwave and the possibility to make the laundry by yourself (20 Baht) and dryer (40 Baht). Easy to check in and good communication
Location is only 15 min. walk from metro, but not in a great area. Breakfast at the reception was ok, just instant coffee, toasted bread with butter and jam and snack, but overall was ok.

All over this facility is very best, but receptionist lady is very bad character, its owner is a gentleman nice person 👍. Cleaning staffs also very good behavior 👍

The owner was very helpful and accommodating when I needed to leave my bag behind and shower before leaving. The location is great and the neighbourhood feels like real Bangkok. Would definitely recommend!

Room like in the pictures. Clean room, kind and helpful staff! Also nice to be able to refill water in the corridor. Good location for this hotel. Transportations are within 10min. Easy access to center Bangkok.

The staff were so friendly. It was a more local area, if you want to get away from the CBD. Very clean and tidy.
Maybe do a breakfast, but there was toast and coffee if you needed it.
