The clean is clean and bed is comfortable. Location is good. Many 7-11 just a min walk. Restaurant with great value nearby. BIG C supermarket where you can buy lots of local titbit there, just 12 mins walk.
The only thing is the shower, hot water seems to be not consistent. Water pressure isn't great..

It's very inconvenient to only give 1 card per room. Wonder why is there such a restriction. The whole family does not necessary go home at the same time. Not sure if it's the bed but my daughter and husband both got insect bites after a night.

We stayed 12 nights at spenza with our family. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. Location is super as there is lots of shops close by walking distance and street foods and street market is very close by walking distance 2 minutes. Hotel staffs are very helpful.
Room is not sound proof. Restuarent is closed for the moment. Laundry service is not available at the hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The location was great.
The previous time I requested for late check out at 1pm, they didn’t charge me. This time they wanted to charge me 400baht for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous.
