Location is great. Refrigerater is great, it is cold enough to make some ice

water of shower is weak. After raining, some water leakage for wall.

Location is fantastic. Within walking distance to Platinum mall, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, MBK, Erawan Shrine, Big C and many malls. A lot of massage right below the hotel. There are a lot of 7/11 store around the hotel. The restaurant for breakfast is newly renovated. Breakfast is good. Hotel provides free coffee at the lobby. Bed is comfortable and we had good sleep. Water pressure is strong. All works well. Although the reno work is still ongoing till 2 Aug, we didn’t hear any reno sound. A lot of reviewers complained abt the lift but we didn’t encounter any issues. It was quite fast since they have 3 lifts. Staff are friendly. Big balcony where we enjoyed staying there to enjoy the city view and sunrise. Room is huge. Huge bathroom too. Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

Furniture. The hotel interior and exterior look old. When we first entered the room, there is a smell. After turning on the air con, it was fine.

Have always liked staying here. The hotel has close access to Platinum Market and the market that takes you through to Indra and Baiyoke Markets which is pretty handy, but you would need a taxi if you wanted to venture further such as MBK. The staff can't be faulted in any way and the pool is really nice.

We normally stay at a higher floor (our preference) but this time we were placed on the 7th floor so we missed the view which was a shame. The cost did come in a little high - we found another hotel for when we returned to Bangkok which was over $100AUD cheaper for the same time period and this swayed our decision to cancel our return booking.

The hotel is located in Pratunam - heart of shopping area. Everywhere is easy to walk from the hotel. Its 15 mins walking distance to Rachatewai BTS station. Many shopping malls, one of the big night markets is just walking distance. 5 mins away from two 7/11. All in all a great location. The rooms were big with lot of space for storage, comfortable beds. A great washroom with all the toiletries. A great buffet breakfast with many options. Visiting the palace, Wats and shopping and night markets was the highlight of Bangkok, such a great city.

There was construction going on here - early July. So it was noisy. One of the most furstrating part is, its a large hotel and many go in and out on a daily basis, so there is a lot of traffic. The wait time for the elevator was really bad. You had to press all three elevators and try to go up and then come down. We learned the trick otherwise going down got harder.

Location is perfect, even better than pricier hotels. Walking distance to malls (Platinum, Central World, etc). Surrounded by good massage parlours. Very comfy and spacious room, excellent beds and bathroom. Well equipped with sockets, fridge, microwave, wet lit. Nice view of city lights and Baiyoke Sky tower. They have a desk where you can book transfers, tours etc. Even if you can surely get cheaper elsewhere, it’s very practical to decide on the spot what you want to do. Their tours were great, comfy cars, good drivers, etc.

We stayed twice in the span of few days. First time all of our credit cards (and debit cards!) got declined for some reasons. We tried to explain to the guy at the reception the problem was on their side, especially with a debit card getting declined. But the guy was not very friendly, told us to take cash at an ATM and come back for the check in, which we did. And when we came back we tried the credit card one more time and it went through, just for the guy to tell us he had same issues with other customers! So clearly a problem on their end, but not even an apology. Fortunately, no issue at all on our second stay.

The room was newly renovated. Still very clean. The best thing I like was that it has a balcony which most of the hotel doesn't have. Their service was prompt. Front desk was helpful. Tony and Opal was easy to communicate. Thank you!

They removed the bathtub and the water flow was super small. Even after asking for the technician to fix twice, it was still the same - reason was because that was the maximum. Bath time takes longer due to this. If you have super thick hair, you will understand what I meant haha... They also include a seat inside the shower which I find it obstructing when I uses the shower head. It was built directly below the shower head and obstruct standing. Their aircon function not everyone will know how to use. Will be good if have some instructions there.

Location is tip top as always. The room I stayed was comfortable and looks more modern after their recent renovation, especially compared to my last visit back in 2019. Breakfast selection is good, although Muslims may find it hard to eat due to the dishes mostly catering to vegetarians or non-halal options. Other than that, friendly service and I was able to book a taxi to the airport and arrange for a rented car to bring my family for a day trip to Safari World.

Security could be better. The side doors linking to the main roads used to be closed and only accessible to guests with door cards. During my stay [27/8 to 30/8] - the doors were easily opened without door key usage. Also, there are no guards or staff stationed at that particular entrance point.

The hotel is really very convenient to platinum mall, pratunam night market. It is within 15-20mins walking distance. Right outside, you can find an awesome wanton noodle shop that is always with long queues. There are many massage places, 7-11 and food places just a stone’s throw away. The hotel room is also quite big so you don’t need to worry about luggages and storing your shopping hauls. Another thing that I love is the bidet. Toilet seat is always warm :)

Not much to say, just that the breakfast is not ideal. You can get breakfast outside. The cleaning service can be better
