Overall ok. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel near to Pratunam market but quite a distance to walk to BTS station. Hotel offer free tuk tuk service to certain drop off point.

The room was big, clean most importantly. Staff were generally pretty helpful as well. They also included little things like umbrella and adapters.
The bed is a little hard and the sound proofing is a little thin. But still acceptable.

The hotel room we got was a connecting room ( we booked for 4pax ) the rooms were a bit bit small, but were stil comfortable. The receptionists was very very informative & helpful in every way, and they got good english too.
The water pressure of the shower was low. Sound proofing was bad. The room has awkward pillar that take up space but that cudnt be helped. Location was a bit of a walk but the hotel offer 24/7 free buggy service though, yet i wish it is more convenient.

Everything in this hotel is beyond expectations. Especially the staffs from housekeeping, receptionist to the shuttle buggy driver, all are so helpful and wonderful. Having a good time with NAP hotel.

I've chose this hotel based on location. It's close to Phaya Thai Metro where you can get a train to the airport. Hotel has a free shuttle service to some locations around. My favorite was Arunda Massage shop, where I got thai massage every day. Room is cozy, bed is very comfortable.
Bathroom could offer more hangers for towels.

The hotel good location but bit hard to find. If it's better and easier for customers Should have put a hotel sign on the side of the road at the entrance that would be easy to find a hotel.

We spent 2 nights and 3 days at this wonderful hotel. I am really impressed with the service here: staff ( F/O, golf drivers, cleaning ladies) are so nice and helpful. What I like the most here are the cleanliness in the room, location which is quite in the heart of the city and it takes 2 stations to reach to Siam; Although the route to the hotel is quite complicated, the hotel provides golf carts to pick and drop us off in each meeting point. Plus, this hotel is really quiet, so I could sleep through to late morning. Bottom line!! I recommend this hotel to all of you who still hesitate to book this hotel.
The internet here is a bit slow.
