I extended my stay over a week, and I really enjoyed the room and the location. I liked the feel of luxury, and the staff was very nice and elegant. It was very close to the cosmetic clinic that I was attending. A perfect place to stay if you have business to do in Bangkok.

Hotel was clean but could use a little upgrade. It is evident that the property is a bit old. It would help if someone was fluent in other languages as it was hard to communicate at times. There were some elderly front desk staff who seemed impatient already when communicating because they couldnt understand what was being said or they had a hard time explaining. The description of the booking we had said it had a free MINI BAR. So we asked about it when we checked it and all they said there is nothing like that and couldnt explain it much due to language barrier. All they said was to tell booking.com. When I tried to communicate and ask isn’t it that your hotel was the one in charge of booking the details? So you should be the one to change it because it is misleading. From what I deciphered from the difficult conversation the FREE MINI BAR just meant the usual free water and coffee that we see in most hotel rooms. So if they don’t change that label - i am telling you know the FREE MINI BAR is misleading. Breakfast was decent but could have been better with more options. There was no main viands for non meat eaters or pescatarians. It was either only chicken or vegetables.
